Came out quickly and got the job done when they said they would with no issues. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for their services. Will definitely use them again in the future for any septic needs.

I think it went well. The agent with whom I spoke on the phone was so pleasing to speak to and reassuring that I was going to get service as if it were there own home that they earned my business even though I had another Angie's list recommendation for a much lower price. They worked with me. The contractor pointed out some work that could be done in the future and gave me break on the price. Good folks to work with.

Honesty is hard to find sometimes and being a new home owner and trusting that you made the right decision is hard and I am happy and so delighted to say that this company Sludgebusters were both honest and amazing with no hidden fees Great customer service and most importantly won’t try to price gouge you. Called another company that had a special price and after talking to the operator knew that they were never going to honor that 149 deal when I call sludgebusters after talking to the owner I knew he was honest, after meeting him and the great job I would never go anywhere else

From start to finish, Rudy from Sludgebusters did an amazing job. Very friendly and was a pleasure to work with. He helped to install a system using professional grade product called the infiltrator. He also helped to identify and correct some bad installs from previous septic companies. Very happy we found Rudy and will highly recommend him.

Rudy is very professional, responsive, and delivered the work he promised, which sadly to say is very hard to come by nowadays. Our tank is buried very deep, and the normal tank prob stick does not reach it. So on the first visit, Rudy did not have his tractor yet and was not able to find the tank by the prob stick alone. And he said since he couldn’t do the job he asked another septic company that he knows well to come to do the job at the same price as his. It was a very nice thing for him to do. I actually looked up the other company, and they have decent reviews. But they came, a couple of times, used the tractor, dug all around the backyard, but couldn't find the tank, even looked at the county drawing of the tank location, still couldn’t find it! And they said would come back the next day and continue, but never returned. After that Rudy actually called me just to follow up on this job, and when he realized the other company did not deliver, he came back with his tractor and finished the job. He found the tank with a metal detector and cleaned it. He also had to jump into the tank himself to clear a clog, and did it very a smile and great sense of humor. And with all of that, he didn’t try to up-sale anything to us!! As a customer there is nothing more to ask for! He delivered what he promised and is so nice to see that comparing to so many others who are only good at promising. I would recommend him to anyone needing to do a septic job!

Great! Rudy is punctual, knowledgeable, friendly, and hard working. Needed to replace grinder pump and dig to get to the lines. Rudy was prepared for any and all situations. His price was reasonable and accepted my credit card payment. I will definitely use him again when needed in the future. GREAT BUSINESS!!!

I was extremely satisfied with the work that was done. Rudy is knowledgeable, honest and easy to communicate with. I had my septic tank pumped out. A piece was deteriorating and he explained the function of the part. He was honest and said currently it did not have to be repaired. I asked for a quote and it was so reasonable I went ahead and replaced it. I highly recommend this company and would definitely use them again.

Septic tank needed to be drained and new lines needed to be installed to correct improper flow. I’ve had no issues since the service was performed. They were very polite and professional and made sure my driveway was cleaned and free from debris from having to dig.

Rudy was amazing! He came out today, on a Saturday afternoon, even when it had been snowing and raining all morning. He is very knowledgeable and fair. His pricing it set with no hidden charges. I would highly recommend him if you need septic work done.
