They were punctual and completed the service within one day (it was a leak and once they knew that, there were there within 90 mins). Line was repaired the next day. In the course of replacing the line, they ran across numerous sprinkler lines and repaired them all before I paid them. this is a rental property that is a 10 hour drive from me so I havent actually seen the work... the tennant was happy so I paid the $2675. 2 weeks later, (last WED) my tennant calls me and says :Its been raining, and there is still a hole in the yard with wires sticking out of it from this "repair". She says that they told her they dont FIX electric. so, I call the company.... I get a guy named Tim that I'm told is the owner of the company... and Tim tells me that they arent responsible for the damage to my electric and that they fixed the irrigation plumbing as a courtesy. He goes on to tell me that they are plumbers and not electricians, and that I would have to pay someone ELSE to repair the damage they caused. I told Tim that he is leaving me no choice but to revooke the CC payment until the work is complete... he said he would call me in the morning (on Fri). I got no call, so I revoked the payment. I'm still debating whether to answer the phone when Tim discovers the $2675 missing and tries to finally do what he promised me he would do. UPDATES TO FOLLOW... After revoking the payment, they finally did the right thing and repaired the electrical damage to my irrigation system. Their claim that they bear NO responsibility for damage caused by their tech is STILL hogwash, as well as their claim that ANY of this was explained to me OR my wife (who has never spoken to this company). Long story short, the work was eventually completed and I will be paying them for the work today.

Very pleased with the service. Plumber arrived early and was friendly. Toilet works well, now.

Called on March 1st and was able to arrange an appointment the following morning. The plumber called 90 minutes before the appointment to tell me he was on his way. He arrived 15 minutes early. Quoted the work, which at the time seemed a little high, but acceptable. Performed the work to my satisfaction. Here is the kicker. The plumber told me that the service would be $25 less than quoted because my neighborhood was granted a $25 coupon at the time. Frankly, he did not have to tell me this, as I feel I would have not known about it unless he told me. I liked his honesty, his attention to the job and he communicated well. I would use these guys for all of my plumbing needs. Nice job!
