SER LIS CARPENTRY

Called and lady who answered seemed put-off, like I was bothering her. Didn't even answer phone with company name, and when I asked if it was, she aggressively asked why I was calling. She was pretty rude. I asked several times if this was a bad time she could call me back, but she kept making it worse. Clearly not looking for new business. She may want to consider taking customer service class. I'm disappointed cause from the reviews sounds like the husband does nice work. Guess I'll never find out.

it sounds like a simple job but it involved a lot of calculations and 3 to 4 moves ahead planning I had thought the build through and made detailed drawings with my only experience being watching hgtv. once I explained to Sergio what I needed he started to suggest changes that a proffesional sees right off.he went to work right away and was 90% done the first day .the structure is very well built and tied into the famework of the house at Sergio's suggestion.i had bids as high as $2850.00 for this job which I knew was out of line. I paid $400.00 a day for Sergio and a helper and I don't know how the quality of work could be any better. GREAT JOB bill Teague woodstock

Good and bad. The interior work was spot on, perfect work. The siding wasn't so great. First he under estimated the amount of material needed by almost 1/3. Then he installed the wood trim too low into the ground so it didn't pass a termite inspection. But, the trim and siding were all level and square. A few gaps that seemed really big to caulk. And some paint got onto the roof. Job took longer than quoted. More time and more materials meant more money our of my pocket. Mixed feelings about this one.

Everything went to plan. On time, worked efficiently, was knowledgable, had great ideas, did great work. The porch looks wonderful. I would hire them again anytime. Overall rating EXCELLENT.

Always on time and even stayed late on many days. I would highly recommend Sergio for basement finishing, bathroom or kitchen renovations or anything which requires a highly skilled carpenter.

Excellent experience! Sergio is a truly talented craftsman, he and his assistant work quickly an effeciently. They arrived on time, fully prepared and accomplished more than we expected! After seeing the beautiful results, I am going to increase my number of projects that I want to have done around here!
