Same Day Fence Company

Fence installation was done in June 2021, by December 2021 upper part of gate is leaning back. Called them for an assessment’ they are charging me 1200+$ to replace post, why do I need replacement ( 6months later) if job was done properly to begin with…… so far it has been a terrible experience dealing with this company. Would not recommend.

The installation crew did a great job in a short amount of time to replace my privacy fence. They worked hard and the fence looks great!

Matt seemed very nice, but full disclosure is not a strength. He changed the installation date without asking about my availability, wanted to have his team start without me being here, and did not provide any details on process. When they finally showed up (2 hours late), I completely surprised to learn it was going to take several days to complete, which caught me off guard, as there was no previous discussion or information shared about this. I am now in search of a new fence company. Definitely not Same Day (anything). UPDATE 6/13/18: Matt called me and offered to assign 2 crews to complete this job so it would take less time. This sounded great and I sent an email accepted the offer. I then received the following demand- "A check with the required deposit must be received by Friday, June 15th. We would appreciate if you removed or adjusted your feedback, so we don't have to respond back and cancel the job" The contract states that a credit card deposit is required (which I provided) but he now states that they don't accept credit cards. And, he will cancel the job if I don't change my review.!Seriously?

The installation was fine. These guys definately know their craft and offer service with a very personal yet professional appeal. A great independent business to deal with. So great that three of my neighbors immediately contacted them to install their fence as well. Very impressive fence.
