+ -1 moreWithout a call back on a roof leak, they obviously don't care about the customer once the work is done and the job is out of warranty.
Description of Work: Ridge Valley put on a new roof in September of 2009. At the time it appeared they did a decent job and I had no complaints. Last week I discovered a leak around a pipe vent. Even though it was outside the warranty period, the person who answered said that they would have someone call me back to take a look at it. After two days, I called someone else and they came out immediately to fix problem. If all they are concerned about is the "big" job of replacing a roof and not with fixing a relatively minor problem, then I have no reason to ever call them again.
