Description of Work: I called to have them come snake a drain to the septic tank. I was told they normally don't do septic work. But they will charge me $59 to come out and look and tell me they can't work on it.

Description of Work: Mr. Pell never returned my call for an estimate to replace some pipes in my basement! I will never waste my time with his company again. I had used him several years ago and was pleased with his work. But NOT NOW!

Description of Work: Moved into my new home and had a leak at the water line for the refrigerator. Upon turning off the supply to the line the leak became much worse. I immediately called Jeff with Pell Plumbing and luckily he was in the area. He replaced the control valve and within 30 minutes the problem was solved. We had also used Pell Plumbing for inspection repairs to sell our previous home and they called before they came promptly. Excellent service!

Description of Work: We had a rupture in the pipe that connects our irrigation system to the water main, which required the water company to shut off the water supply to the house. Jeff was able to get to my house within about an hour of my call. He fixed the problem and had the water back up and running in short order. We were only without water for a few hours overall.
