Description of Work: I called Pell to come out to look at a tub that has standing water in the base (not a drainage issue). Richard (I think?) told me what I already knew, that the only way to fix the issue is to: A) Replace the tub entirely which would mean a bathroom remodel or, B) Call a bath tub refinisher to see what options they might have. I appreciated the courteous, professional and honest manner with which he conducted the appointment. Eventhough, Pell couldn't help me this time, I would certainly have no reservations about calling them in the future should the need arise.

Description of Work: I had to have the hot water tank replaced. It only took 30 minutes for the technician to arrive after calling and 3 hrs later, a new hot water tank was both installed and operational. I really appreciated the fact that Pell Plumbing already had a tank on the truck when the technician arrived.

Description of Work: Plumbing rough for an addition as well as some here and there things. Jeff and crew nailed it. Inspector even said that "these guys know what they are doing". Done in a day and correctly. They also were way less than others and they actually called back and came back. This led to them doing our final hook ups as well as a tankless water heater. Very satisfied. Oh yeah very punctual.
