AMAZING! 4 other plumbing companies stated without doubt that the cartridge in my older Kohler one-handle faucet was unavailable and a whole new fixture was needed, chopping through tiling and at least $900, not to mention retiling! Brad from Pell came out (early, no less), immediately took the fixture apart (Not one of the other guys did this) and said he can get a cartridge, no problem. Then, he assessed the whole system, from the hot water heater up and found a leaking pipe (no question) I didn't know about. All told, replaced the leaking pipe, fixed the shower (perfect temperature) for under $600! Saved me a fortune. Now, he was a REAL plumber. Very impressive.

Pell Plumbing is the best in Metro-Atlanta. Jeff is punctual, professional, and affordable. Will hire for all future plumbing needs.

He did a great job. Was efficient with time and new water heater is working great and installed well. Pell was about $100-150 more expensive than other quotes I received but since they were there and could do job at that time I proceeded. Wasn’t worth the difference to live without hot water.

Jeff came out and was very thorough. He didn't charge for part of the job because it was very basic. He was honest and did quick work. He also took great care to be clean. It was a great experience and I hired him again for additional work later which was also a great experience.

It was a good experience. Our water heater was ancient (and evidently would have fallen apart soon) so there was some extra work that needed to be done to get things up to code and remedy a couple of issues with the plumbing. However, the installation went flawlessly, the technician was polite and professional.

Work went quickly and smoothly. The price was very reasonable and I will hire again as needed.

Because my house is on the market- it's pretty imperative to get this unclogged asap. Pell sent an e-mail saying they could come. I said ok, gave them my phone # to call me yesterday afternoon and give me appointment. Waited all day and night. Then they sent another e-mail stating that they couldn't do yesterday but could today. So i sent another e-mail last night asking if they could come after 5 today. Almost 24 hours later they send a response saying no they can't. In essence, wasting my time.

Operators were gracious on the phone and I relaxed a bit - expecting the return call of a technician. But they never followed through!! Despite 2 very polite calls from my side asking for an update, I did not receive a single call back from anyone in their team. For that lack of follow-through and professionalism, I am giving them a negative rating. I did call them back after 5hrs to let them know I was calling another company, but they still didn't even ask why. NOTE: Their motto on the phone is, "Pell Plumbing: Short on name, Long on quality service" - but on my emergency day, they were ZERO communication, ZERO help.

Went very well, Pell Plumbing was there when they said they would be there and did the work in a short amount of time, was great, since the water had to be turned off. Was very pleased with the work and I could hardly tell that the yard had been dug up, everything was put back in place as it looked before. I would highly recommend this company to anyone. I know that several of my neighbors in my subdivision have used them and they came highly recommended!

Jeff did a great job. He and his office were very good about communicating time, etc. He even matched a quote I had received from another plumber.

We had a water leak behind a drywall. Jeff quickly found the location of the leak and replaced the copper pipe. Good job!

Jeff found out where the leak was and fixed it. He also didn’t mind to look at some other problems around my house and either fixed it (like tightening) or gave me suggestions what I’d better do. Will definitely hire again.

Call Pell plumbing and heard back almost immediately. They got to our house on Saturday and completed the job the same day.

I had a leak and he had to cut some walls to find it. Then he fixed the leak. The services went well. I would use this provider again.
