Description of Work: Pell sent their plumber out to draft up an estimate for a shower that was inoperative. When the diverter was switched to shower the water flow would stop altogether. Shortly after arrival the plumber determined that the shower head had gone bad, saving me $900 off the estimate I received from another company. They refused to charge me for the trip, and since the property is a rental it's good to know that I have a local plumber I can depend on.

Description of Work: They replaced a gas water heater that was leaking. I was impressed that the owner came out on a Saturday morning to look at it and give me an estimate before I purchased the special. He confirmed that the heater could be installed at the beginning of the week for $875.00, which was the coupon special. The repairman was prompt, explained to my husband what he was doing, and did not push for us to pay for extras. We would definitely use them again.
