I decided not to use them because even though they were prompt they were charging me accessibility fee because my water heater was located in basement. Note, my basement is nearly empty and has a door leading to outside.

I had a excess water being released from the pressure release valve on my hot water heater. I called Pell plumbing and their answering service put me right in touch with the owner. He was able to come out the next afternoon. He was very professional and straightforward. He quickly diagnosed the problem as excessive pressure from the city water line. My pressure reduction valve was bad and he was able to replace it on the spot. This solved the excessive pressure on my water system. Additionally, about a month later the pressure reduction valve starting dripping and he came back out within 24 hours and replaced the valve again, free of charge of course. I would recommend Pell plumbing to friends and will use them again.

Jeff of Pell Plumbing returned our call promptly to set the appointment, checked in to confirm it before arriving, and arrived on time. It turned out that the prior owners had created a situation much more faulty than we'd imagined. Jeff shared his clear diagnosis and recommended a solution. We will definitely be calling him again.

Pell is no cheaper than any other plumber I have used (ie. Roto Rooter, etc...) but I am happy with their work. I would recommend their services. r

Was having problems with the hot water pressure in my kitchen. I called and scheduled and appointment and actually had to reschedule at the last minute. Was not a problem and the plumber showed up right on time. Spent a few mintues figuring out the problem and fixed it fast. It turned out to be a fairly straightforward fix - replacing the shutoff valve beneath the sink. I will call them again if I need a plumber.

I called and spoke to Jeff yesterday to see if they could send someone to take a look at an outside spigot that was leaking. They said were able to accommodate me later that day. Unfortunately, I had forgotten I had another appointment around the same time so I had to reschedule. I called back and talked to Jeff again who was very friendly about rescheduling for the next day. On the next day, I received another call from Jeff letting me know that they had some schedule changes and let me know that they could come earlier if I wanted (which I did). The plumber, Eric, arrived on time and gave a quote. The work was completed in a reasonable amount of time. After the work was completed, Eric showed me the work he completed. I was presented given the final paperwork and the amount charged matched the quote exactly. I will definitely use them again in the future.

It was great. The service tech was very friendly, knowledgeable, and he repaired the pipe expediently.

He was very courteous and polite. Arrived exactly on time. What I was most impressed with was that he saved me a lot of money. I asked him to perform a full inspection of all of our plumbing throughout the house for an upcoming sale. He gave me good advice that saved me money and was practical, even though it cost him the job. I respect that he placed my needs above his. Would definitely use him again.

I would recommend them. Their servicemen who came out discovered the problem which was not in the house. It was fairly extensive work that was deep. They went down probably 8 feet under. They worked late to get the job done and got the work done in a decent fashion. I was very satisfied in the beginning. They said that they wouldn?t do any landscaping. They then did the backfilling job. However, the problem that I had afterwards was that the backfilling wasn?t so good and there was a very large depression hole. So I called and talked to the owner. He said that he understood the problem and told me that they would look at the problem. He also told me that he would have it corrected but it took a number of months before it was actually fixed. I did call them many times and eventually they did fix it. The price charged was a decent amount and was a good fee. I would consider using their services in the future.

I had a major water leak underground that niether the county nor I could determine exactly where the leak was. There wasn't any water showing on the surface anywhere, so we didn't even know where to start, it was a huge problem and I could just see the dollars racking up (a plumbers dream). Called Pell Pluming, Jeff came out within an hour. He quickly found the found the leak source. He gave me a reasonable quote, we agreed and he went straight to work. Jeff was professional, courteous, extremely efficient! Thank goodness I found them! He was honest and didn't break the bank. Unlike alot of plumbers, who would have totally ripped me off and overcharged but not Jeff! He resolved my problem and I will recommend him to everyone I know. Such a life saver!! Big thumbs up for Pell Plumbing, they should get the plumber of the year award! When you need a plumber give them a try-you won't be sorry!

We had a leak in our expansion tank and called around for quotes. Pell gave us the most flexibility as far was what they would do. The only I was disappointed in was the fact that they seemed to push the hot water heater that they had on hand. Other than that it was fine.

The water cleared up. I called to cancel on Sunday night. They were very nice about the cancellation.

We had noticed that we were not getting water pressure so we called the plumber and we were informed that the main water pipe had some leaks and that we would need to replace it. They were very easy to work with. We were up and running with the water and are very happy with the service that we received. The work was done in a timely fashion.

Good Scheduling. Fit us right in first thing in the morning. They were prompt and worked efficiently. No hassles, no surprises.

PELL PLUMBING EMPLOYEES ARE COURTEOUS AND GOOD WORKERS. THEY HAD TO TRACK DOWN A WATER HEATER FOR A CERTAIN SPACE/SIZE FOR US WHICH THEY DID QUICKLY. INSTALLATION WAS ON TIME AND DONE RIGHT.

IT'S BEEN GREAT. HE DOES A GOOD JOB. HE'S VERY FRIENDLY, HE'S HONEST. HIS PRICES ARE REASONABLE. HE ALWAYS MANAGES TO GET HERE WHEN YOU NEED HIM. I'VE USED HIM A NUMBER OF TIMES AND I CERTAINLY PLAN TO USE HIM AGAIN.
