 + 3 moreIt as excellent. It was very professionally done. They used super paint when they painted, so it will last 10 years. It was top quality in terms of product and services. Jeff, who was the gentleman from Peachstate that coordinated all of the subcontractors, was very informative, kept me informed every step of the way. There was a rain delay a couple of times and he would call and let me know. Jeff would also be here when the subcontractors started. I had carpenters, painters, and decking people, along with a dumpster delivered. He would always let me know in advance when something was going to happen.
Description of Work: They replaced all of the exterior on my detached garage with apartment. This included siding, soffits, and two doors. They also rebuilt the steps and decking up to the apartment entrance above the garage. They painted the new siding after they put it on.
