They were good. They were very professional, showed up on time like they said they were going to and gave us a quote. Unfortunately it did not fit our budget. They quoted us a couple of thousand dollars.

Took deposit, no work done and no additional contact with them.
Description of Work: Company gave estimate to install skylight and they took a deposit. I contacted them, but they did not respond, could not contact, left numerous phone calls and two emails.

This construction firm will send out a very nice older man, bid low on the job requested, take your deposit and never call you again. Do not use them, they took me for $1073. They also are incorporated under " North Georgia Roofing & Construction LLC" and "Georgia Construction Specialists LLC", you will find similar reviews all over the internet. Stay away from them, owners are Gary Church and Shaun Church. I found them off www.servicemagic.com but I am sure soon they will be pulled down off that site. Also, some people have hired them and they have come to start the work only to not finish, or worse finish but never pay their subcontractors so they come looking to you for payment after you have paid!
Description of Work: Add gutter guards and caulk siding...but they took the money and never called again

I hired this company off of servicemagic.com website. They showed up, gave me a low bid for gutter cleaning, adding gutter covers and doing siding repair. I gave them half of the estimate up front $1073. They never did the work or returned my calls after that. I have sinced researched on the Georgia Secretary of State website and found they owned two previously disolved corporations "North Georgia Roofing & Construction LLC" and "Georgia Construction Speialists LLC" both have horrible reviews all over the internet prior to them disolving the entities about them taking peoples money and not doing the work. The owners are Shaun and Gary Church, they are both seemingly nice people who only have one thing one their mind. Getting their hands on your cash.
Description of Work: They took my money and never did the work.
