+ 0 moreMr. Sandefur came out when he said he would to give us an estimate of the job. He called back promptly with a detailed estimate as well as an approximate date he could start working. He started the job within the time frame he estimated. He did an excellent job. He cleaned the work area before leaving each day. He was always polite and respectful to us and our property. We will call him again if we need any home repairs. We would recommend him to any of our friends or family members.
Description of Work: Removed siding to replace wood that had rotted around the windows and door frame, and installed metal drip caps above the windows to help prevent further damage. Repaired two wooden gates that were warped so they would close and lock.
