I don't think they could have improve it. We were happy all the way across. When we went in there, my wife picked out a very expensive hardwood floor, $5.65 a square foot and she was going to be happy with that. When they came out and discovered half the floor was concrete floor, they said that the floor wouldn't hold up for 30 years because of the moisture that would come up. They wouldn't be able to lock the moisture from the concrete slab. She couldn't use that floor to be guaranteed results and she had to go to a cheaper floor. They sit there and told us that instead of making twice s much money on the job and letting it last 15 years, they sold us on a cheaper on that was a laminate that they said would hold up for 30 years guaranteed. They made less money on it. I was really impressed with the professionalism.

They did a great job and made sure were were satisfied. The engineer wood looks wonderful and I'm very happy with it. They've always been very responsive and professional, and I'd definitely recommend them.

They have been very helpful getting new flooring for our house. They were very knowledgeable. They were quick to get the product to the customer.

They have not installed the flooring yet so I can only comment on their materials and the purchase of the materials. Everything is fine so far; we did a price comparison and they seemed to have the best product at the best price. They are really good and very helpful. They explained things well and had good follow up...so far. The installer picked up the flooring and delivered it to our house to await installation; that was nice, I thought. So far the installers have been very professional and there is nothing lacking in their service. I will use them again in the future.

I would recommend them and they can't get any cheaper. They are cheaper than other companies. They are real good. It is like a supermarket for floors. I am going to see them again today. They have excellent quality and they have all the major brands. It is way cheaper than all the major stores and they are the cheapest. Since you walk in there is no issue with punctuality. When you walk in you can tell them what you want to buy and you can see how the board looks. It is a walk in store and they don't do any installation. They are pretty punctual.

I like them because they have excellent prices, ready availability of the material and generally good quality material at a reasonable price. They do fast delivery and will work with me. I am an architect and I deal with them quite a bit.

I did not dislike anything. Everything was fine. I would use their services again in the future.

The company sold me a product that was not satisfactory, but they are doing their best to correct it and make it right. They have a great attitude, and they are doing their best to make sure that I am satisfied with the lumber that I bought.
