Description of Work: They tried to trap roof rats in our attic, but they were not there at the time. Then they filled in gaps outside around the eaves so that the roof rats could not get back into the attic. Finally they cleaned and steralized the attic.The only thing I was disappointed about was that they did not paint the metal which was used to block entry.

Description of Work: They do my termite control and spray my mothers house quarterly. I paid for an initial treatment then I pay $75 per quarter for termite bond and they check the bait stations.
