Randy is always very punctual and does a thorough job on the yard as well as the house. He is friendly and professional. When I have had issues with ants due to the many nests in my yard he has been very flexible about coming to treat the situation within a day or two.

Somebody in my office referred me to them and I have been using them for about fifteen years. They didn't charge anything extra for doing the Clytus treatment last year. They seemed very thorough. They are very professional and they don't try to get us to sign up for more services. They are just interested in taking care of us and seemed like they really know what they are doing. They talk about what to look for and if we saw any signs of this and that, to call them back and they would come out again. They just seem very fair in their pricing. When I first started using them in another house, I did have termites, they treated them, and we have not had any problems since. They never try to sell me any more than what we really need.

They are very good for what they charge. They do charge a little more, but we feel it is worth while. If we have any questions or problems they come out and come fast. We had a sworm of something in our front yard, they were out in a half hour and were able to tell me exactly what it was. They are very professional. The really nice thing is that they are very responsive if you have a problem.
