Konstantin is exacting in his work although he may not be the cheapest. Given the size of the project, he also used subcontractors to complete various portions of the work. As in any major project, there are areas that do not go as planned. What we look for is if the contractor listens and makes things right and works with the homeowner well. In this regard, Konstantin is excellent and while he may not be the cheapest, we found that he really wanted to get the work done properly. The best example of this was that the subcontractor he utilized for tiling the bathrooms was adequate but not an expert. The end product was OK but not as professional as it should have been but not worthy of tearing out and starting over. We expressed the need for a change before moving on to the backsplash in the kitchen. Konstantin found a real tile craftsman for our kitchen work that was very exacting and did an awesome job. While in hindsight, we wish that tile contractor had been available to perform all of the time work, we greatly appreciate Konstantin finding a better contractor and absorbing the cost of the labor for the kitchen backsplash given the bathroom tile was not as professional. In short, he did his best to make the situation correct and listened to us. The remainder of the project included tear out, changing a tub to a shower, building shelving in pantry areas, installing pocket doors, doing the electrical work, refinishing hardwood floors, drywall work including moving walls, painting and finish work on trim, etc. We were very pleased with the results of the overall project and working with Konstantin.

Konstantin is honest, reliable and a great plumber. He has pride in his work and it shows when the job is finished and you see his craftsmanship. He did two separate jobs for us; a water heater installation and the repair of an outside spigot and the line running into the house. As a home owner I know that great workman are hard to find and K L Plumbing is one of those finds. His prices are affordable but not cheap.
