 + -1 moreThis is my first time dealing with this company, but from this experience, I will never use them again.
Description of Work: We purchased a small bathroom vanity from KB Overstock. When we took it out of the box, we found that the sink was cracked in several places. The store refused to take back the merchandise/credit my account and accused me of breaking the sink, which I did not do.

 + -1 moreThis purchase was made as part of a master bath renovation. I have had nothing but good experiences with this company. Theresa is such an asset to their business. She made the process of selecting my fixtures easy. When I had returns, she made that process easy, as well. At one point, one of the distributors was delayed in shipping a part that was critical to getting my project done, and she worked with them and with me to make sure I had the part. The fixtures they sell here are not cheap. They are of the highest quality-- no plastic internal workings on this stuff. It's heavy and really well made, not to mention, beautiful. My bathroom is gorgeous and I have no worries about the lifetime of these fixtures. I recommend this shop; it's a gem!
