Chico was flexible and very good about explaining what his crew would be doing. They arrived on short notice, worked hard and completed the carpet re-stretching in about 3.5 hours. Carpet looks great again! Thanks again Chico!!

KC flooring is a first-class company, we had new hardwood floors installed and we will hire them again to replace our carpeting on the upper level of our home. The owner Chico is great to work with and his crew is professional and hard working. They showed up on time, work steadily and left the site clean when they were finished. Chico offered several suggestions on the design of the foyer and we ended up replacing the banisters, newel post and spindles. It looks fantastic. He worked with us on the schedule in coordination with the master bathroom remodel we had going and the painters. We had several quotes and he was right in the middle of the pack on price. What sold me on Chico was talking with him and seeing pictures of his work and his reviews/references. Other than the disruption of having new floors installed, sanded and polyurethane, it was a good experience.

This company did a great job. Highly recommend. They did more than i asked to make us happy. Will use KC Flooring for additional services in the future.

They do an excellent work, very professional, very thorough, and the owner of the company knows what he is doing. 2 years ago they changed all the hardwood flooring and carpeting throughout the house, and did an excellent job on that, that's why I've called them back to do the water damage now.

It was excellent. He was so conscientious, he's such a great eye on color and stain, he's so excellent and I don't have any problem with him.

KC Flooring completely redid all our flooring with Hardwood and Carpets. In addition, they did floor repair after a water leak. They are very knowledgeable, professional, have a great staff to work with, and can obtain any flooring required/requested.

We worked with KC Flooring for the third time and had a wonderful experience. We used Chicco to repair and refinish all of our hardwood floors on the first floor, plus replace and redo our front stairs with metal balusters, and stain all of the stairs and rail to match the floor. Chicco was fantastic and communicated constantly with me and the contractors. The quality of the contractors was phenomenal. Not only is KC Flooring insured but all of the contractors are insured as well. As a professional having, Chicco was essential to completing the job on time and addressing any questions or concerns I had. I don't know how I would have done it without him. My wife and I highly recommend their work and they definitely deliver what they promised. The results are impressive and added significant value to our home. Lastly, they have a transferable warranty for their work which is also amazing.
