Joe was fantastic! A truly honorable, stand up guy. I can't recall the actual service date, but it was in the middle of summer about 2 years ago when the AC quit working. My mom was visiting from out of town, and it was miserably hot. Being a single female at the time, I was very concerned about someone trying to take advantage of the fact that I know nothing about AC systems and that I was in a desperate situation. I had 2 estimates done by other companies that both told me I was going to havereplace the whole unit which was going to cost in the neighborhood of $6000!! Just by chance, I mentioned the problem to my neighbor who put me in touch with Joe. Joe came out and did a FREE estimate on a Sunday afternoon (I called him late Saturday night). He managed to get the system working temporarily while he ordered a part. He was back within a week to finish the job and the whole job, parts & labor, cost less than $200. That's right 2 hundred... not 6 thousand!! I have since had Joe back out when the AC went out again a year later with a different problem. Once again, Joe came through. He was quick to respond, honest, and more than reasonably priced. Joe is the ONLY ac guy I will EVER use as long as I live in this area. There should be more people like Joe in all of the service trades!

I pay Joseph when he comes out to do the work and I think that his prices are fair. I like that he can come in an emergency situation and he cleans up well after himself. I have used him many times before and he is always on time.
