We looked over several companies and went with Joe. His price was middle of the estimates but he does the work himself, I like knowing my sales guy is also the owner and will be on site. No middle man with Joe, he is the real deal. Tons of experience, knows woods and has worked on jobs for historical society in Boston. Just finished my floors and they look great. Very clean with no mess to clean up afterwards, will use him without hesitation in the future.
Description of Work: Took up carpet in master bedroom and installed red oak hardwood floors to match existing ones in the rest of the bottom floor of home.

Description of Work: I had new hardwood floors put in the master bedroom and a strip put in the front room and it had to match the hardwood in the foyer and dinning room. I also had him sand and match the hallway, kitchen, and breakfest nook hard woods. Him and his helper showed up on time and finished on time. The floors look great. My wife is thrilled with the floors. No change to the estimate and this was quite a bit lower then several others i recieved.
