HOME COMFORT HEATING & AC

We had bought a HUD home and had to replace the A/C. He gave me an estimate of $2400, but that turned into $3575. We told him about a leak in the walk-in storage in the attic. It was coming from the duct work. We weren't sure if it was heating or air conditioning. He said about $600 extra to fix that, somehow that came out to $1175 instead of the original estimate. He looked at the problem and said he needed to replace the duct work and that it should take care of the problem. Needless to say it didn't. He said not his problem. He's nothing more than a dishonest business man...do not trust him.

Richard and Bryan did a great job. They came the same day as a repair call, explained what it would take to fix my old unit and described the situation in detail, why they honestly felt I should go ahead and replace it based on current condition and age. They did not try to push me to buy new, but were very patient. They then gave me both quotes and let me decide. In the meantime, they gave me a temporary fix to try and give me air conditioning over a weekend until they could get back to replace it. This Dad and Son team work great together and they do the whole thing--they do repairs, do all the price quotes, and do the installation..So its not a salesman who then disappears and you don't know who will install or maintain later. I cannot give a higher recommendation and am so thankful that I found this great team--they were highly recommended by a trusted neighbor who has used them for over 30 years. Their price quote was also $400 cheaper than anothere estimate I received for comparision. You won't be disappointed with Home Comfort.
