Generally shoddy workmen ship, came and went as they pleased, half the time no one on site who spoke English. Charged a lot for the work.

Excellent job. We could not be more pleased. I have used Hector's for several projects from a major master bath remodel, to deck work, to painting projects. I have never been disappointed. They do it right. If there is an issue or a change needed they take care of it. I have complete confidence that they will make sure I am satisfied when the job is done.

Painting went great. They were punctual and came out the 1st day to pressure wash the front deck. Storms rolled in pushing completion back a couple of days, but the painters were back out on day specified and completed the work

They replaced the rotted wood with cement board and painted and trimmed it. They did a really great job and we were very happy with the price.

It was a great experience. The initial contactt with Edgar was great. He asked questions about what we wanted and then scheduled Roberto to come for estimating within a few days of our initial call. Roberto did the estimate and listened carefully to how we wanted the job to be performed. He split the estimate into two parts only replacing and painting the siding and the second one to replace the siding, paint the entire front of the house and window frames. Two crews were used. Both were very professional. The first crew replaced the siding. They found additional boards that needed to be replaced. We gave the go ahead for the work without knowing exactly what would be charged for the additional services. The charge for the additional work was more than fair. They cleaned up and hauled off all the rotten wood. The painting crew was to come after the siding crew was finished but we had rain for several days. Hector painting kept in touch and scheduled the painting crew to come the next week in line with our schedule. The first thing the foreman of the painting crew did was to make certain he understood our expectations. The were going to use a paint sprayer and they carefully put plastic over everything they were not to paint. They protected the shrubs near the house. We supplied the paint so that was not in the cost. The other three sides of the house were painted by us so we had the paint on hand. When the painting crew was finished, they had us examine the job to make certain we were satisfied. Roberto came to view the completed job and to obtain payment. Everyone associated with this organization, office staff and crews were very professional. We discussed what other services Hector Painting provided and they said they will do electrical. We are planning to use them in the future.

They did a fine job and did excellent preparation, scraping loose paint and caulking siding gaps and missing caulk on windows. . Masking was thorough and there was no over spray on unpainted surfaces. They also pressure washed the brick front steps and cleaned the gutters..They arrived when they said they would and called first

To start with they showed up on time for the estimate. They came with references and all the proof that they were an established provider of painting and home improvement services. They started the job when they said they would and finish on time time. They crew was very professional and the work they did was the BEST!

The estimate was very very overpriced and it wasn't even going to be for the best paint or best work in my opinion or not for the most complete work. Did not arrive at the time scheduled.

All painting was done, and cleanup was completed.

Service was great. Hector was prompt, professional, and courteous. I live in a single story ranch with wooden garage. Not a big job, but medium sized. Hector gave me an estimate and then delivered more than he promised. In addition to what I listed above (which he quoted me) he had his guys clean my gutters and he disposed of some yard waste (which i generated by cutting back some shrubs too close to house for them to paint). The crew was fast and low maintenance. They did exactly what they promised and finished ahead of schedule despite starting a day late (due to weather). They left a few things behind when cleaning up, but one call to Hector and they were back in half an hour to finish it off. It was not a big deal and was easily missed when packing up but they took care of it immediately. Would use or recommend Hector for anything you need painted in NW Metro area (Kennesaw).

Hector's Painting and Home Improvement did a great job. They had the best price based on the quotes we got, and could do all of the work we needed - which was a lot. They did masonry work in addition to siding/trim repair and painting. They brought in an electrician to put in a bathroom fan, and new ceiling fan & down rod in our family room with a very high ceiling. All of the workers were professional, polite and did a great job. We will happily use their services again.

Met with Walter and he explained everything that needed to be done. He was friendly and professional. The price he quoted was a little more than others but I asked if they could lower the price slightly which he did. The job itself is very professional, I didn't see any sloppy painting with extra paint spray. They also didn't require any money upfront and payment is made after the job is complete. Overall I wouldn't hesitate to use them again!

Very easy to work with. Wanted special paint used, no problem. A Arrived on date specified. Quality of work good. Best was that easy to communicate with. And answe was always yes and they did what they said they would do.

Hector's Painting did a great job. I received quotes from 4 companies and they had the best price. They showed up as promised and completed the job in a week. They replaced several areas where the wood was rotting. They followed up with me several times throughout the project to make sure I was happy with the project. Once they finished they called to see if I was happy with the outcome. I asked them to come by for one small issue and they were there in the morning with the item resolved immediately. I was very pleased with all aspects of using Hector's painting and would definitely use them again.

They do excellent work. They had previously replace the wood on the outside of my fireplace and was very happy with the job.

This was not a small job. Our home is two story, large garage, attached sun room, shed and gazebo, all of which received (what I believe was) special treatment. I was very pleased with the work that Hector's workers performed. There were no surprises. Quality of work was everything I had hoped for. I would hire Hector again for nearly any type of siding, painting, or remodeling.

Everything went great / as asked.

The provider did a good job over all, even when I had to make a couple of changes. They took it in stride. My only complaint is make sure they do a second/third coat. Clean up was good. This is the second time I have used them.

We were very pleased with the work done. From beginning to end the salesman and the work crew were professional and made sure the work was done in a timely manner. It looks great.
