My home turned out amazing. Gonzalez painting painted the inside of my home and did a outstanding job. I am so happy I went with this company. They made the process very easy for me and they made sure I was completely happy with my project before I made a payment. The quality is amazing and I recommend using them!

Painters never showed up despite at the paint job and kept lying. Serious communication problems. Extremely unprofessional. False advertisement “pay when the job is completed”. Stay away from this company!!

Very unprofessional. After completion of their work will nickel and dime you for any corrections that must be made and will use details in their estimate that an otherwise honest estimator would have pointed out beforehand. Also tried to hide wood repair with putty. You must go over every detail before work begins as if you were doing ther final walkthrough. They are very similar to a dishonest moving company. They don't care to "make it right."

He was able to communicate the things he wanted from us. We are not sure. He and his team were unprofessional. When we attempted to speak with with Mr. XXX he did not answer our concerns. My husband had to eventually do diagrams to get him to understand. Even though we selected the paint we desire, they got it wrong and had to repaint. He was mad about his errors. He did some of the work and because we weren’t watching him he missed caulking many windows. The streak on the windows from the paint brush. They got paint on the roof shingle and did nothing to get it off until we asked twice! The paint was thin, we could see through whether they used a streaky paint brush or utilize a paint gun. And when we complained about the thin paint, he pretended not to understand. They left trash from eaten food on my lawn that blew across the street to my neighbor, we had to hand them a trash bad. They left food on the sidewalk and had to ask them to pick it up, which they did the next day. They use our patio furniture and plug in a large microwave to our home for their food without asking. His team missed a lot of areas that were clearly visible, but I got the impression that he did this homeowners and perhaps other home owners were timid to speak up. He seemed used to getting away with doing a shabby job. They worked quickly and thus was not thorough and they were messy. Paint on furniture, grass, patio which they did not clean up. We had to ask him several time to do a thorough job. We have a large 3 story home with lots of window. The cost was $2890 for 1 day of power washing and little over 1 day of painting, supposedly caulking (poor job ?/) with 4 men! Damage to 4 gutters because they “ hop” the ladder during their painting instead of getting down and moving the ladder. Painting was hurried on many windows because we did not constantly watch them. Large streaks of paint on the screens and screen back in place unside down and not completely put in place on 8 windows. And they lied about the painting coat being thick in their advertisement – it is very thin. We would give your team a C-, 2 stars for all the trouble and only because we were able to negotiate a $300 savings and one of your guy came back an repaired the poor painting job on the basement windows and the paint of the screen. The company did not offer to repair the gutter damage. We would like to discuss the issues with you and discuss some concession for the pain and hassle prior to making payment. We have hired painting services before and never had these types of problems.

Painters never showed up. Called three weeks in advance. They PROMISED me they would be there sometime the week I was off work. I had to contact repeatedly, and they would never call back or wouldn’t leave a message. The last day I called to see if they would be there on Fri, they said they had tried to contact me two hours before (they told me they would give me 24 hours notice) and I didn’t answer (no message left) so they gave my painters away to another project. That was the nail in the coffin. I fired them. If they cared that little on the front end, I can only imagine their work. They wasted about 5 weeks of my time waiting for them to arrive. I never complain on these reviews. Always praise, but this company was truly terrible.

Sloppy work, don't show up on time or at all. Paint left on brick. Don't hire! The painters from Gonzalez who tried to come to our home did not have a drivers license. We live in a gated community so they were not let in. Gonzalez had to send someone who had a license to allow them in the gate.

I’m very pleased and satisfied with the job done at my home, very professional and patient customer service as well as the painters and the estimator whom came out to give me a free quote. My neighbors recommended me going with Gonzalez painting and I’m very happy I did so. Very punctual, pricing on my quote was much less than I expected and the representatives worked with putting me on schedule. Overall, such amazing company as well as the workers who finished just in 3 days.

I had a great experience with Gonzalez Painting. They were very professional The people that helped me out were so kind. Very good manners and hard working people that run the business. The painters were very detailed in their labor . They did a final walk through and made sure I was satisfied with the job! I am happy i used this company.

Gonzalez painting showed up three weeks after scheduled painting date. I took a week off of work to be there while work was being done and wasn’t there when they actually showed up. When they arrived one morning all they did was lightly pressure wash the house. Two days later I return home and the house was almost done. I addressed problems that I saw right off the bat. Chipping, peeling paint being painted over, No primer being used. I purchased the paint and primer myself so a top quality job would be achieved. This was a waste. The paint all over the house began peeling off. Upon a closer examination, they did not paint behind shutters, over down spouts, the back side of the chimney, behind bushes, sides of stairs. They did not replace all wood they said would be replaced. My wife made the mistake of paying them because they said they would be back that week to correct all problems. Months passed and dozens of calls to their office was to no avail. They said they had no record of our account. I sent copies(4) times to their office of our contract. A year later I contact them acting like a new customer wanting an estimate. Gentleman comes out and writes an estimate showing me all the things wrong with the paint job(they did). When I tell him Gonzalez painting did the job and show him my contract, he grabs the estimate up and heads toward his car. I ask why I can’t get someone out to fix the problem he just shrugs his shoulders and says call the office. These people are just scam artist. Taking peoples money hoping no one does any research on them. Don’t waste your time and money. Go with a reputable company.

They just slap it together painted over rotted and damaged wood tried to cover it with paint left a mess over charge very poor paint job and false advertising.

They did a fantastic job for us. Our house looks a lot difference. Oscar is very polite, hardworking and detail. We really appreciated what he did for us. He didn’t mind to do something extra. We only paid after the complete job was done. That is a plus that they won’t run away with unsatisfied job. Thanks.

Gonzalez painting did a fantastic job!! The 2 man crew knocked our house out in 3 days. They did a great job and we will definitely be using them again!!!

The work was done incorrectly and the boards buckled. They guarantee their work so I called to let them know it wasn’t done properly. They came back out to my house replaced the wood boards, after multiple calls, and haven’t ever shown back up to paint. The boards they replaced are also installed wrong! This has been the worst experience I’ve ever had with a home repair company. It has been almost four months and my deck isn’t complete. I’m out the money I paid them and have nothing but shoddy work and a partially painted deck! Do not use this company!!!

I was very skeptical on contacting and hiring Gonzalez Painting from the beginning, but I had made the BEST choice. The rep was sweet and helpful, she answered all my questions that I had. I couldn't be happier with the quality work that was done to my home. HAPPY CUSTOMER!!! RECOMMEND!

The painters were very professional, cleaned up the job nice afterwards and were quick. The price was great, definitely a bang for your buck, Nate was so much help and made the whole process a lot easier, make sure you speak with him, he’ll get you take care of. I would highly recommend Gonzalez Painting and will definitely hire again for future jobs. Estimators were great to work with also.

When weather cooperated, job was finished efficiently and quickly with no surprises. Nice cleanup.

We called several painters in 2018, and Gonzalez was very competitive. The showed up on schedule. The first day was pressure washing and sealing cracks. The paint looked great and they cleaned up the yard when they finished. In 2019, we noticed the top of the chimney was beginning to peel. It was hard to get scheduled since this was their busy season. After a couple of calls, I talked to Evelyn. (Ask for Evelyn, she rocks!) She took my information, scheduled the painter, and then called me back promptly with the date. On that Monday, the painters arrived and took care to scrape the old paint and apply primer. It looks great.

Well they were late in arriving to give an estimate. That should have been a sign this wasn't going to go very well. I scheduled the work to be performed on a Monday, and I called them the Friday afternoon prior to confirm everything was still on. After they failed to arrive Monday, I called them. They informed me that they were very backed up and would not be able to do my job until Wednesday. They could not call and inform me of this Friday, Saturday, Sunday or Monday. I had to call them to find out or I suppose I would still be waiting to hear from them. They might actually be able to do a good job, but who would know. They communicate so poorly.

Gonzalez Painting office staff or the job crew all responded quickly to all my questions and were very polite and respectful and trustworthy. Estimator Jose, came to the house and gave an estimate of $1570 . The price I paid never changed a dollar. I did ask to upgrade to Sherwin Williams Super paint, and pay the $290 difference, so actual total was $1860 tax inc. We had other company quotes as high as $3500. Very, very reasonable, with awesome work. No surprises. No additional fees. No issues. No Nightmares Two large rooms, and all rooms had high walls. This was not the 1st coat so I was informed 2 coats would be done if needed but only 2 rooms required 2, but they all looked amazing when completed. No mess at anytime. They cleaned up the house as the job progressed Great job Fransisco Mearavez team. We gave Full Scores and if you are smart you should give them a chance too. We think they are the best.
