I discovered Gonzalez Painting while visiting a Sherwin Williams store. I called to inquire about painting my home and someone showed up within a couple days of my initial inquiry and provided an on the spot quote. The rep was very professional and friendly and did the assessment and quote within minutes. I decided to hire Gonzalez Painting to paint the interior of my home as well as the exterior stucco and my entryway door. The interior painting included walls, ceiling, and trim for my 3500 sq. ft. home. The quote was very reasonable considering the amount of work required. Due to ongoing construction in my home, I had to move the start date back a few times. This business accommodated all my changes with no problem. They even offered me a discount while waiting for the project to begin. On the first day, a representative showed up to go over the work required, collect my paint samples, and to ensure the agreement was as discussed. The rep also helped us determine which type of paint would be best for our needs. On the second day, a team of painters showed at 9 am and started the project. They worked tirelessly from the time they arrived until 6:30 pm. Everyday following was the same until the job was completed. The painters were very kind and professional. They protected my floors, counters, cabinets, appliances, fixtures, and all of my furniture by covering everything in plastic. They moved some of my heavy furniture to get to areas they needed to access and moved it back when they were finished. Every evening, they cleaned up. These painters worked fast and did a phenomenal job. My walls are smooth. There are no lumps or clumps of paint or residue from the rollers or paint brushes used. Any issues discovered such as paint transfers were corrected on the spot. I’m grateful that they made this process less painful than what I thought it would be painting a house full of furniture. I recommend Gonzalez Painting to anyone interested in painting the interior and/or exterior of their home, because their work is good, and they have some of the best rates.

We have been searching for a painting company who is professional and reasonable in pricing and timeframe to begin a large project. After months of exorbitant quotes, and crews unable to start until Feb. / March, we found Gonzalez Painting. They started within five days of our initial contact, and we well under some of our other quotes. But even better than all that, the painting team of Walter and Alex were a joy to have around, excelled at the task at hand, and executed a really clean thorough and detailed paint job. We were very impressed with every aspect of the job by Gozalez Painting. Out of the three companies that quoted the job, Gonzalez Painting did the most thorough inspection of the outside woodwork and painting that was needed. This was very important, because we didn’t want any surprises. Before he even left, we had a quote in our hand. Several of the other vendors didn’t even respond to our calls or delayed their quotes. The price was more than fair and the workmanship was excellent. Throughout the job their communication was very good, and the crew and office staff went above and beyond. Great experience with the whole company. The carpenter and painter, Jonathan was very professional, meticulous, and hard working. All the work was completed in a timely manner and he cleaned up and left everything as it was before his arrival. Very pleased with the quality of work performed.

We hired Gonzalez painting to paint the exterior of our home - Trim, windows, down spouts, deck, siding, and garage doors, after they were recommended by our neighbors. Their painting work was absolutely excellent. They also repaired some wood, and recreated the mantle over our door. When I changed my mind about a color for the shutters, they were gracious and painted over them again. I walked around the house and found no mistakes at all with the paint. The crew was courteous, respectful and kind. They were prompt every day. They moved all of our stuff, and put it back without being asked. I would highly recommend this company!

Excellent job with the project. Replaced some rotten wood on one of the columns. Repainted door, trim, shutters, garage door and columns on front of house. Painter was knowledgeable and suggested staining the door instead of trying to paint with it already being stained. Have recommended company to several neighbors while work was in progress.

Painters never showed up despite at the paint job and kept lying. Serious communication problems. Extremely unprofessional. False advertisement “pay when the job is completed”. Stay away from this company!!
