Description of Work: Joel was my hero, because he did data recovery on my computer after it crashed. He also did follow up with me just to check in.

Joel came the day, after we called him. He was professional, yet friendly, and clearly knew what he was doing. We are quite computer illiterate, but he patiently answered our questions and made suggestions. He tried to get our wireless laptop to print through our other computer's printer, but since he was unable to do so, he did not charge us for the time spent.
Description of Work: Joel eliminated spyware from our computer and gave us advice, how to improve the speed of our computer and to keep spyware off. He also, got our laptop working through the wireless router.
