From the beginning to the end everything was perfect. The price compare to other companies was a little higher but we trusted DC Enclosures.

When others see the new porch the words FANTASTIC , BEAUTIFUL, AMAZING AND THIS is GREAT are the first words out of their mouths work was done very professionally in a very timely manner. All the crews were great to work with. Would most definitely recommend DC Enclosure

DC Enclosures is the best contractor I've worked with. It's a family business that actually cares about their product and their customer service. My past experience with home improvement contractors has included delays, no-shows, and "sketchy" work crews. None of that here! From the design to the construction to the finish they were very professional and punctual. The new sunroom is well built and is a high quality product. I was also amazed at the daily cleanup around the work site -- there was absolutely no mess ever. DC Enclosures is a company that I would highly recommend.

I was not thrilled with the level of oversight the project manager and the company provided to the onsite crews.

They were very fast, efficient and very neat. We were very pleased with the overall quality of their work and we would highly recommend them.

From their customer service rep., measurement persons,installers they were excellent. We could not have had a better experience. They even sent us a card thanking us for the business. You just don't get this type of service anymore. I would recommend them highly. They are also a local company which makes it even better.

I'm waiting for them to start, they are supposed to start sometime in the next week or two. We had to get an HOA approval. They have been very easy to deal with. They have done a lot of enclosures in my neighborhood. Their price is a little high but they do quality work.

They did a tremendous job. They were fairly priced and punctual and very efficient. I have recommended them to several people.

It looks absolutely fanstastic. The only thing was some lady bugs got through the wall. However, I addressed that and they are going to come out and fix it. A nail also has to be repaired. However, I really love the porch and everybody loves it.

Needless to say, things did not go well because I never received the promised estimate from the company to move forward on the actual work requested.

Could not have gone any better. They delivered exactly what I was looking for and added a few additional elements that really make the porxh stand out. The end result was consistent with the initial plans. Each day, the team reviewed their results and provided me with an update, as well as the plans for the next few days. Additionally, they cleaned up the entire site each and every day. Extremely professional.

We went to D C Enclosures first when considering a sunroom addition because of reviews on Angie's list. We had a completely different experience. A representative did come out to take measurements and discuss the project, but it was downhill from there. We were promised a written estimate on a certain date. I wrote the rep an email asking for a second estimate in addition. Way past the promised date, we not only didn't have an estimate, we hadn't gotten a call explaining the delay. From there on out, there was one excuse after another, either from the rep or the main office -- "I've been very busy", "our phones were out", "I wasn't sure what you were asking", "I thought the person in the office was communicating with you", etc. The rep claimed on several occasions that she didn't understand what we were asking for -- but instead of calling or emailng to find out, she just sort of blamed us. After she apologized for the delay in the initial proposal, it was clear she wasn't reading my emails (i.e., don't call while we are out of the country on vacation) - she did call while we were out of the country, and I asked her to call back the following week. We never heard from her, then got the excuse about the "phones being out for a week". I don't know of any business these days who doesn't have alternative ways of handling outages....for a week? When she finally called back, she said that "I thought the person in the office was taking care of you", and I"d never talked to that person about the details of the project. Also the excuse was "I've been very busy", which no prospective client wants to hear...........unless you are calling, checking in and explaining. Absolutely the poorest service I've ever gotten from anyone in the remodeling business. Clearly, they were not interested in our business.

I am completely happy with the work that was done (by Joe and Eric) from D. C. Enclosures. From start to finish, to visiting their showroom, talking with personnel at the showroom, meeting with the sales rep who came to look over the area and talk with me about the project, the contact by email and phone from the office manager, the project manager, the owner of the company, and the lead contractor assigned to the project, all of my questions were answered in a timely manner, the work was done as quickly as possible, especially considering the occasional periods of heavy rain that delayed the project by only a day or so. I would very highly recommend D. C. Enclosures, and I have given them nothing but praise to family and friends.

They were hampered by rain, so I gave them an A for Responsiveness and Punctuality, but something to keep in mind, that rain will cause delays. Quality is a B (versus A) for only 2 reasons: (1) They cut a lot of aluminum in the yard, and left sharp shavings in the grass. They tried to pick it up by hand when I expressed a concern, but they should really cut on a tarp or something. (2) My deck is not level...I did not realize that. The porch they built is level. The railing is level, but the deck is not, so it looks a little off. Might want to check that during the sales cycle, and let the homeowner know, so they can address it prior to installation. The actual quality seems real good. Price is a B, just cause I would have preferred to pay less, but they are better pricing than most! Overall, we are very happy with the results! Would recommend them to others!

We did not use DC Enclosures for this job because their verbal estimate was high. We used a different contractor and are very happy we did.

True professionals all the way around! Ida did a great job helping me understand options and deciding what would be best for the area. I got bids from 2 other companies and was confident that DC Enclosures was the best choice. My choice was proven to be right the day after the job was complete...... the tempature was freezing with high winds and the sunroom was warm and i could not even hear the wind. Joe and Eric did the installation and were absolutely wonderful! They were very professional and respectful. My advice to DC Enclosures is to do whatever it takes to keep guys like Joe and Eric happy because they are the backbone of the company (it doesn't matter how great a job everyone else does if the actual install is not perfect). They worked hard and did a perfect job! There were a couple of opportunities for improvement in communication. One was in regards to the start date. I emailed on occasion to find out when the windows were shipped, if/when they had arrived and whether we were on track to start as scheduled. My suggestion would be to 'push' information to the customer as often as possible. The second communication opportunity was in regards to the total number of days the project would take. The project manager told me the job would probably take 4 days but it took 7 days (they missed a half day due to rain). This made a big difference because i work and was trying to juggle my schedule to be home in the morning or afternoon to check in with the guys (the guys did not need me to be there but it was important to me to be able to touch base with them daily). Overall, i highly recommend this company and will use them again if I ever have a need.

Overall, I am very pleased with the work, it exceeded my expectations. It took a little longer than I thought it would, though they don't work on Fridays and one day was a late start because of rain, but instead of leaving, the guys sat in their truck until the rain stopped then went to work. I would definately use them again. Ida, the consultant, was very helpful in helping us decide how we wanted the deck to look (I had several ideas of what I wanted, but was unsure of the cost and knew what my budget was). We were able to get the deck we wanted and under budget!

All work was completed to our complete satisfaction. The company took care of obtaining necessary building permits, including approval for zoning variance, necessary in our case. As the work progressed and need for certain modifications to the original plan arose, the company worked with us to accommodate all agreed-on changes without delay. The project was finished in the timeframe promised and everything looks great.

Overall it went well. I expected to see more of the Project Manager during the project. He was ask several times to come out to the project, but it never happen. Project Manager only show up when was time to collect final payment. I was please with the workers devotion to the project and their ability to stay on task throughout the project; in spike of the constant rain. Do get everything in writing. The salesperson, the office, project manager, and employees were not always on the same page. They didn't always know what was the written and verbal agreement, as to what was included in the project. But, all problems were quickly resolved.

The enclosure is very sturdy and looks wonderful. Rich visited us in our home on a Saturday to showcase previous projects and offer suggestions to our enclosure. We agreed to the project and awaited drawings of the plans. DC Enclosures worked with the local county permitting office and pulled all the necessary permits. Three weeks after agreeing to the project DC Enclosures arrived with a trailer and the structure. Due to the size and height of the structure installation took just over one week. The end result is something to behold. It encloses the pool completely reducing any bug/pest problems. We are very pleased with the structure and the work that DC Enclosures did.

It was excellent. They were well priced. They worked hard to please the customer. They are very detail oriented as well. I would highly recommend them.

They did a fantastic job of enclosing my pool area and patio. I would definitely be using them again for my other patio that I want to get enclosed and features for my courtyard. They were awesome. They said it would take 3 weeks and in 3 weeks to the day they were done. It was the first time I had this company out and I am extremely pleased with them. They seemed to have a lot of knowledge about what they were doing. They were very careful about taking care of my property when they were on my property site. They picked up and cleaned up everything that they had brought in. They were very good.
