Omg they did a awesome job they were right on time and very professionally They did our metal roof on the house and also the shingle roof on our garage There was a couple spots on the shingle roof that didn't show up until it rained a couple times and washed the soap off . I gave them a call and they came back quickly and treated the shingle roof again and now all is perfect it's as clean as when it was brand new . Thank you so much Dave's pressure washing for a job well done

Outside of house now looks like brand new. Removed all traces of green growing in shaded areas. He took his time and did an excellent job and the siding and the gutters look new again. Would highly recommend him to friends and neighbors. He showed up on time and performed in a professional manner. His pricing was comparable with others I found at $225 and was given a senior discount to $200. I also liked his web page showing wife and family.

Home we just purchased had a nasty patio (over 800 sf) and even worse retaining wall (100 sf). As my husband saw the terrific job Dave (personally) was doing on the patio he decided to allow Dave to perform his magic on our driveway and carport. They are all now pristine. Could not have asked for anything better: Price / Attitude / Punctuality / Workmanship.

I called David Leveridge, the owner of Dave's Pressure Washing, on a Monday based on a search of Angie's List, other online forums and his web site ( http://www.daves-pressure.com/). His was the only site I found that specifically mentioned familiarity with a Trex deck (similar to Azek). Based only on the size of our house and estimated length of the driveway he gave me a phone quote right in line with other companies and said he could be available the following afternoon. David arrived on time and we did a walk-through, itemizing the extras that we would like to have done which adjusted the bid upwards slightly. He estimated he would be done in three hours and went to work. A little over three hours later he was loading his truck and the house was sparkling. A neighbor across the street admired the result and opined: "Isn't it amazing what can be accomplished with a little soap and water?" My wife and I were very pleased with the result and will definitely consider using his services for another project.
