Cathy has cleaned our house twice now and we have absolutely no complaints. We have hired her to work for us on a bi-monthly basis and are thus far very pleased with her work.

Kathy has been cleaning for our family for at least 8 years. Each job she does is geared for the individual client - I like to have my sheets washed and beds made, many others don't. She comes every other week and does all the basics - bathrooms, dusting (picking up items, not just dusting around them), vacuuming, mopping hardwood floors, etc. In the kitchen, she even cleans the inside of the microwave. She cleans some small offices that take her an hour or so up to 10,000 sf homes, and everything in between. I personally think she undercharges, but she doesn't always take my advice. We originally paid about $75, but I have raised it over the years on my own. She is also a master organizer, and has come on various occasions over the years to help me with cleaning out closets, pantries, refrigerators, etc. Some jobs that would have literally taken me days, took only about 3-4 hours with Kathy's help. Someone else mentioned their dog liked her. Well, Kathy loves dogs, and they sense it. In fact, our little pooch cries all day waiting for her to come on her day. Yes, I guess it's mean to tell him she's coming because he then isn't happy until she gets here. She also dog sits when we are out of town, picking him up and delivering him back to our home. (He sleeps in the bed with them). You will never meet a more honest, hardworking, kind woman than Kathy Griffin. I am happy to call her my friend, and I explicitly trust her in my home. She has even taken me to the doctor when I couldn't drive and picked up our daughter from school on occasion. Kathy Griffin scheduled a visit to give an estimate a few days after we called. She began service the following week, and we are very pleased with her service. She arrives on time and stays focused on the work while displaying a kind and friendlly nature. We think she's super.

We tried working on the deal. She was one of the nicest ladies that I ever met. She came the day she said she was. She hasn't done any work for me yet and she is trying to find the timer. She has got only one time available and it is the day I have commitment on. I don't want to leave her alone until I'm comfortable with her and she is comfortable with me. She knows what I want and knows where the things are. I have to be here for questions and answers. I do plan to hire her and she is very reasonable. At the time, she was expected she called me and said that she can come little earlier. She came earlier and we talked. She looked around and gave me a great quote. Her personality really stood out to me. She was very pleasant young lady, very personable and very friendly. My dog liked her and that's a plus. I can say my dog doesn't like anybody else. She was very considerate to call me and I thought she was great. I would recommend going ahead with her. She has not done any work for me; so I cannot give anyone her performance evaluation. I sure can tell she seems to be an honest person. Her personality and everything just appeal to me. She is a super person. I'm planning to use her service.

This company is very dependable. They do an excellent job and are very capable of doing a thorough job. They have shown integrity in their work and are always on time. I will continue to use this company in the future.

We are very satisfied with the quality work Cathy does for us each and every week. She is very meticulous about keeping things clean and in order, is very punctual, and we feel the price is perfect.

MRS. GRIFFITH HAS ONLY ONE ARM BUT IT DOES NOT HAMPER HER ANY KIND OF WAY. SHE CAN DO MORE WITH ONE ARM THAN MOST CAN DO WITH TWO. I ASK HER TO EXTRA THINGS AND SHE DOES EVERYTHING VERY CHEERFULLY. SHE DEFINITELY GOES BEYOND THE CALL OF DUTY. SHE ALSO LOVES ANIMALS.
