Bwzen Flooring

Description of Work: On time. Professional. Polite. Clean. Beautiful workmanship. They installed hardwood in two rooms. The man who worked on the dining room floor followed my instructions to reject boards that were not consistent in color and wood grain. The man who did the fireplace room did not speak English. When they first arrived, I emphasized abundantly that an extra box of wood had been purchased if pieces had to be rejected because of inconsistent color. I watched him begin the install and it was correct. Not wanting to micromanage, as they appeared to have it under control, I left them to their work until it was finished. The fireplace room had darker wood mixed in with the right color. Because of the tongue and groove nature of the installation, I don't think it can be fixed without ripping up most of the floor. Consequently, it is not a perfect match to my existing floors when it could have been. I would not say not to use this company, because otherwise the work is beautiful. Just make sure any specific instructions are emphasized and absolutely clearly understood.
