I hired Petra to help landscape our backyard - the experience was so awful I've even reported it to the Georgia Better Business Bureau. Petra never took any notes, talked for hours, and then when it came time to do the job, she didn't deliver. Soil fertilizing that was paid and promised - never happened. Plans that were detailed and spoken of over and over again prior to the contract - apparently all forgotten despite text and multiple people evidencing to the contrary. Bought things that were entirely the wrong color which is unforgivable since she's also a stone specialist (since when is white the same as beige)? She didn't show up to the last day, decided she didn't want to make any discussed changes for fear of not getting paid (this is after we put in a 70% downpayment), there was no quality check post the project given she didn't show up half the time - which meant an awful finish that we had to fix ourselves, and - worst of all - she sent incredibly abusive, lengthy and deeply unprofessional - bordering on racist - emails and texts when she felt things weren't going her way. She threatened to take us to court over a revised contract she worked up for charges that in no way made sense and harassed us claiming she had put a lien on our property for which she had no legal basis. I paid her the full agreed upon contract despite her shoddy execution because it wasn't worth our time to take her to court but if I were in a place to, I would've. Incredible how detached from reality and unprofessional this woman is, on top of having no idea how to execute a project. Would not recommend hiring this person - feel free to contact me if you need further details.

She would not leave my property and I had to call the police to make her finally leave - but she didn't leave until after she used foul language and called me disgusting names in front of my children and neighbors. I look forward to this one going to court. Completely unprofessional. UPDATE (4/2): Petra is now sending me threatening emails to remove my review or she is going to push forward with the lien. She claims my children were not around, when in fact, when I went in to call the police because she was trespassing, my 3 year old daughter asked me, "why is that lady being mean to you daddy?" I had to tell my daughter to go to her room until she left because I did not know how crazy the situation was going to get.
