Angel's Renovation

Angel came to estimate, communicated a delay (which I really appreciated). Crew was polite, on time, moved and protected furniture and carpet. Did a good job painting and left. No issues, no surprises.

Did not get that far. Contated them to get quotation for a kitchen remodel. Seemed very nice and professional. I was very interested in potentially hiring them for my job. But unfortunately after coming to see the job he ghosted me and never provided a quote. I called and texted numerous times with only one reply that he would get it to me. I told him I would grealy prefer better communication and then he proceeded to ghost me again. Not sure of his work quality, but terrible communication. Wasted precious time with them when I could have been speaking with a contractor who actually wanted the job.

It went great! The workers were very polite and courteous and cleaned up after themselves nicely. My house looks wonderful! I will definitely hire them again.

Communication has been great and they provided us with the estimate within half a day.

Angel and his crew were very accommodating and on time. His attention to our needs was refreshing. When things didn't turn out like we pictured it he made sure that it was done to our full satisfaction. I only wish I called him sooner. We will diffinatley be using Angels Renovation for any future project of course. I recommend them to anyone that needs work done big or small projects they can handle it all. The rest of the story...I am very pleased with this part of the story. Angel called me to make everything right. He made a very kind gesture and reimbursed me for the work that the other company completed. He was very sincere and apologized for the inconvenience. He stated that he was under the impression that I did not want him to complete the work so this is where the confusion came about. Also, one of the workers stopped by the house to follow up on my issues. Like I stated in my first review, Angel did return all the extra, unused materials for me at no charge. This was a big help since I would have had to hire a truck to make the returns. I am hoping that Angel will be very successful as he continues his renovation endeavors. One thing I should add is that when I met Angel for the first time he was very impressive. Before giving me a quote, he thoroughly investigated what was going on under my house. Many of the contractors who gave me estimates never went under the house. Angel took photos and gave them to me. He came inside and assessed the damage under the cabinet as well. I hired Angel because I was impressed at how he worked before I committed to giving him the job. Integrity is high on my list. Angel has proven that he is reliable and trustworthy and does care about the customer. I would hire Angel Renovation in a heart beat to assist me in the future. I am looking forward to using this company to help me restore my home.
