I have worked with several other companies over the years and was always disappointed, they either did not diagnose the problem or tried to sell me on services I did not need. With Alpha Tech the owner Jack came out and explained everything very thoroughly, gave me a great price on the services I needed, and was very conscientious in making sure the job was done correct the first time.
