ALL WILDLIFE CONTROL

From the time I made my first phone call to the removal of the hive was 3hrs. I was very pleased.

We were actually calling all wild life control to our old house. And we were happy they came and help us get rid of some mice in our shed attached to the house. But when the problem reoccurred. We had a very difficult time to let them come back and fixed the problem. In that moment we are experiencing hard time getting in touch with them. Initially in the end the exterminator did a great job.

Matthew took care of a roof rat problem at my house. A previous company had supposedly taken care of the problem, and then would not come back when the rodents returned in a short period of time. Matthew was responsive, thorough, and pleasant throughout the job. He showed me photos of the areas of the roof that the previous company did not fix, and he made all of the repairs. He followed up to make sure that we did not have any more unwanted "visitors" in our attic. His professionalism was wonderful, and he offered to come back to make sure that we did not have any further problems. I would recommend him highly!

They came out on time and were very punctual. The price was the best and so was the value out of 2 companies we took quotes from. Took about a week to get rid of the animals. Very responsive.

Matthew and his team did an excellent job analyzing the issue with squirrels in our attic and designed a program for exit of the animals along with sealing the exterior gaps of the house. His team came on time and performed the work as expected. Matthew came by the job site several times to make sure things were okay, and also came back after other work was performed on the roof area to make sure his work was not effected. He did all of these extra trips at no charge. See above - He was at my house within 30 minutes of talking to me on the telephone. He had a great deal of knowledge and did answer all my questions. I plan to have his company provide the required services.

He came out with 24 hours of me calling him. He quickly diagnosed what was wrong. He had people out within two days to take care of the rats.

Removed bats from attic; they did good work and bats are no longer freeloading in the attic. The workers are quality, trust worthy people who are not scared of a forty foot ladder! They even replaced a flood light near the area they were working....thanks!

These guys did a great job, diagnosing what was letting the critters in and getting them out. Then they sealed up the house in a great way. They rebuilt our crawl space door and left the place cleaner then before they came. Great Great Job!!!Duane

The owner was fantastic when I spoke with him on the phone. I had a problem with a little critter and he spoke with me and told me how to remove it. His advice worked and saved me from a service call. We did talk about his price and it was reasonable.

The yellow jackets accessed the house through a space around a light fixture on the outside deck. They had been nesting there for at least two years so the nest was big. Matt had to remove dry wall to get to the nest. He removed the large nest and stayed in my house so he could ensure that every yellow jacket was dead and gone. It was very bad infestation and he was thorough and professional and really saved the day.

When I called, I had a prompt response and a representative came out that day to look at the attic with me. He found feces that answered the question of whether the critters were inside (as I thought) or on the roof (as my husband hoped). He showed me how the animals could get in, explained the process of sealing up the house's gaps and then trapping/removing any animals, and I asked for an estimate. That arrived promptly via e-mail and I spoke on the phone with the owner who told me all I needed to do was to send him an e-mail saying to start the process. This is where we had a bit of a communication problem occur. I sent the e-mail asking them to start work and assumed (yes, I know about that word) that it was received. Meanwhile, he was having work done on his router and never received it. Subsequently, I left town and let my husband know that the work was to be done on 12/16 per my e-mail request. When my husband saw no evidence of the work being done when he came home that evening, he called the owner on 12/17 and they discovered the communication snafu. At that point, the owner sent out several of his men on Sunday, 12/18, and they sealed the house at that time. Part of the house sealing included installing a single one-way tunnel which allows any critters that are inside the house a couple of days to exit prior to putting up traps. Traps were subsequently set, but have remained empty. Also - the company has been great about setting the traps on our schedule - late at night, early in the morning, etc. We've been told that if we trap a critter, they'll come out and empty the traps and reset them. We are no longer hearing critters in our walls and over our heads!

My initial complaint was bats in my attic, which had made their way in though compromised screens over gables, most likely gnawed through by other rodents. However, after 26 years in my house, there had been significant insulation damage done over the years by all sorts of vermin including: roof rats, grey squirrels, flying squirrels, and raccoons (yes, raccoons). Some work had been done replacing the roof and adding flashing prior to All Wildlife’s work, so most of the vermin where long gone; however the insulation damage remained. After receiving an $8500 quote from a top name exterminator with an additional annual fee to guarantee only bat exclusion, Matthew quoted me $4900 with a lifetime warranty to exclude ALL vermin. The largest part of the job was the removal of all insulation and its replacement. There was a crew of about 6 doing this. The job took 2 days in all. Matthew, the owner of All Wildlife Control, has an extensive background in wild creatures, with a stint in the forestry and wild animal rehabilitation and convinced me that he knows how these animals think. Both Matthew and Andrew (his onsite manager) were very professional, friendly and engaging. Matthew followed up after the job was done, setting traps just to verify that all vermin where gone (they were). He knew what type of insulation rodents preferred for burrowing and recommended the opposite. I expect that most of the cost of this will be recouped in A/C savings over about 5 years. Overall, I’m very pleased. I would recommend them.

I had a roof rat infestation and was very upset about this. Matthew the owner came and totally sealed the house and set traps the next business day! In a very short time, no more rats. He came to do periodic checkups at my convenience and was very good to work with.

Matt did a fantastic job of locating and removing a particularly nasty yellow jacket nest in my kitchen ceiing. I would call him for any other animal removal job I might have.

Matthew and his crew were absolutely wonderful. Not only did they do a fantastic job getting rid of my squirrel y friends, they were courteous, hard working and cleaned up after themselves. I found Matthew to be very informative, questions were answered thoroughly and he went out of his way to make sure I was happy with the job. We had squirrels in the attic, chimney, gutters, everywhere. They are all gone! My dogs are quiet now. Very nice! Would highly recommend.

I was mowing the lawn one day and there was a nest in the ground we didn't know about. I was stung 15 times and knew it needed to be removed by a professional. I contacted one company who referred me to Matt from All Wildlife Control. He came that same day and removed the nest immediately. We have had no issues since and are very happy.

The overall service was excellent . He was very punctual, friendly, prompt. He even cut a tree branch in in the front yard and a small dead tree in the back yard at no cost. I will recommend him to anyone who wants to use his services.

These guys were great. We had recently moved into our home, but Flying and Gray Squirrels had been living in our attic and eves of the porch for many years. About 4 or 5 guys came to the house and worked all day. There attention to detail was awesome. They sealed up every possible access point to the house with mesh and painted it the appropriate color for each spot to ensure the astetics of the house remained. We got the added bonus of hornet extermination as they were discovered. Its been a few months now, we are still squirel and hornet free. Matthew for All Wildlife checks in regularly to ensure we are happy with his service. I highly recommend these guys.

This was a long-time, serious roof rat infestation in the attic of a rental house. I called several pest control companies, but All Wildlife Control was the only company that seemed to "offer a total package". Matthew Field met with me almost immediately at the rental & laid out a comprehensive plan to get rid of these pests. It was obvious he knew what he was doing & I felt right away that I was in reliable hands. He and his crew worked quickly & competently to seal the holes in the gutters and soffits, where the rats were gaining entrance. When it was clear that there were no more rats in the attic, he removed the one-way traps, cleaned up the rat feces & sterilized the entire attic decking. All trash & debris was removed from the site, which many contractors fail to do. He went "above & beyond" what he promised by doing extra things---without charge--for i.e., pruning low-hanging tree branches to deny the rats future access to the roof. This alone, saved me several hundred dollars in tree surgeon costs I would have faced. Bottom line, Matthew receives "A"s across the board for honesty; integrity; thoroughness; and doing everything he promised me & even more. Dealing with him and his company has probably one of the most pleasant encounters I've had with a contractor in 25 years of owning rental properties!!!

A mother raccoon and her babies had taken up residence in a space inside one of the walls of my house. Matthew came out twice – first he figured out where they were, the next time, he came out with Andrew to remove them. However, the mother had moved her pups out by then, thank goodness, so there was no need to cut into the wall or trapping necessary. After a few days to be sure they were gone, Matthew advised me to close off the crawlspace and attic fan with heavy screening to prevent f uture incidents. The next evening, he came out with two helpers and the screening was in place in less than two hours. I love animals, so I really like Matthew’s commitment to saving as many animals as possible rather than “getting rid” of them. I wanted to get the raccoons out of my house, but I didn’t want them to be harmed as a result. Matthew was also very patient with all of my questions and thorough in describing each of my options. I think his charges are reasonable, and the quality of the work was above my expectations. I would definitely recommend him to anyone!

I had possums damaging my garden. All Wildlife Control set traps, caught and removed six animals over two weeks. This appears to have solved my problem.
