ALL WILDLIFE CONTROL

All went very well except a space was left between flashing and house just large enough for a squirrel to get through. I have heard from them twice since telling them about it but they must be really busy because it hasn’t been fixed yet. (It has only been a month) Very nice people though, and they did a first rate job everywhere else. Even matched the flashing paint to the wood siding. I have no problem recommending them to anyone.

Work was done promptly and efficiently, at a great price. We have a lifetime warranty for the work.

On the day the guys showed up to do the exclusion, they put wire mesh around the bottom of the deck, which wasn't even touching the ground in some places, which did nothing to prevent rodents from getting under the deck. I pointed this out to the owner, who came back himself and did it right. So the job ended up being done well, but it it took the owner coming out himself. Would hire again.

I contacted Matthew when we discovered squirrels had gained access to our attic and roof soffits. We also had a problem with rats. Matthew promptly returned my call and visited our house to perform an inspection within one day. He provided a detailed assessment of the problem and a complete description of the solution and approach his team would take. We received a comprehensive contract and quote the following day by Email. Matthew followed up with a phone call to answer our questions about his service agreement. His team began work the next day and was very professional in their tasks. Matthew visited our house after the initial exclusion work and has followed up by phone to check on things. Matt explained the importance of bats to the environment and had a plan to remove them without disrupting the bats or their cycle of raising their young. He removed the bats and installed additional screening to prevent them from returning.

I've used him a couple of times. I used him for yellow jackets. He has also came out and filled the roof of the house. I would highly recommend him. He does an excellent job.

Great. He did the work to close up attic gaps, and even came out on a separate day to meet with the chimney inspector to make sure there were no animals trapped inside.

We had a raccoon problem in our attic. Before All Wildlife Control, we had tried another exterminator company. Not only was it very expensive, but also ineffective. We were so frustrated. We then called All Wildlife Control, and Matthew came to our house the same day. He explained to us what he would do and how he would do it. It was a difficult situation because the location was unreachable by any person. He didn’t want to risk taking out a chunk of our wall and still not catching the raccoons, so he setup traps and repellent sprays until the raccoons left. After the raccoons were gone, he sealed our soffit, so that raccoons and other animals won’t be able to get in in the future. Matthew is very professional, reliable, and reasonably priced. We highly recommend his services.

A terrible smell told me that there was a dead animal somewhere in my house, but I could not find it. I contacted Matt late in the evening and was very happy to receive an answer within minutes. Even though his schedule was full of jobs far away from my area, Matt made every effort and worked my job into his schedule immediately.. I live near the closed portion of I-85, so traffic is difficult. but Matt kept me updated on his progress to my house, so I knew when to expect him. When he arrived, Matt was friendly, professional, and efficient, found the deal animal quickly and bagged it for removal. He was especially kind not to laugh at me, since he found the animal in an area that I thought I had already checked carefully. At my request, he made sensible recommendations to prevent animals coming into my house, and I will have him come back to do that work. Matt impressed me with his knowledge of animal behavior and his sympathetic approach to his work. Since he had found the animal so quickly, he was reluctant to charge me for his services, so I paid him what I knew another company would have charged me for the visit, since i really appreciated his prompt attention to my problem (not to mention the extra time he spent in traffic), and his excellent service.

Matthew and his 2 man crew showed up on time and spent most of a day on installing flashing and caulking in needed areas. Traps were set in the attic and a one way tunnel gate was also installed to let any creatures get out, but not let them get back in. The tunnel gate was later removed and the hole permanently patched. All aspects of this service were accurately and professionally performed. We would definitely use this service again and wholeheartedly recommend it to others.

The service was on point. Matthew and his team are honest, very fairly priced, and did a great job. It's been almost three months since the service took place and we are still rodent free. Since the initial treatment Matthew has been out to our home, several times, to make sure that the rodent problem is gone and that we are happy and satisfied with the service that we received. Excellent! I called Matt from All Wildlife Control after first getting a quote from my termite company for the removal/exclusion to compare pricing and the scope of work that was needed. He was able to meet with me on the same day that I called. I was very impressed by Matt's honest straightforward approach and that he took the time to thoroughly explain the situation and the best solution. I could tell that he really has a passion for his work and takes great pride doing a good job for his customers. He provided a professional, detailed quote via email the same day and his price was much better than the other quote that I received. I also noted that he used a higher quality grade of steel for the flashing that needed to be installed than the other company, so I felt confident that he would do a good job and decided to go ahead and give him my business. Luckily he had an opening in his schedule within 2 days. Matt and his crew did an excellent job sealing our attic and installing a temporary one-way escape door for any squirrels that were still inside. We haven't had any problems with squirrels in our attic since that day and I don't expect to. We have owned our home for 17 yrs and have dealt with many contractors over the years, I would say that Matt is exceptional and I would highly recommend him without any hesitation to anyone who needs wildlife removal services.

Matt came over and took a look. He was very responsive and had multiple suggestions. We settled on having him build some wooden inserts to place on the ledges to eliminate the small "lip" that the birds were perching on. Matt built each insert by hand after taking careful measurements, installed the inserts and painted them to match our trim. Because he was not satisfied with the look of the painted inserts, he came back multiple times to re-paint and fix other cosmetic issues. The inserts seem to be doing the trick (though we'll have to wait until next season to see if they really got rid of all the birds--I can't see how they're going to come back though, because there really isn't anything for them to perch on anymore). While the inserts don't flawlessly match the trim, if you didn't know they were there, you wouldn't notice them.

Matthew did a great job securing the entries and ensuring that squirrels could not get into our attic. Very prompt, great follow up and would definitely use again.

Matt came and was very clear about the process of getting the animals out and making the house critter-proof. He not only set up escape tunnels for the animals to come out, but his team came and removed trees and brush from around the whole house, patched several cracks and holes in my siding that I had seen (and many I had not!), and worked with me over the next several days, making sure the animals came out and sealing the exits when they did. Through it all, he was knowledgeable, forthright, attentive, and responsive. I would heartily recommend him and his company to anyone in similar straits.

Great! Hornets killed and remains of nest removed. Nest was street level in bushes around mailbox, This was a danger to neighbors, pets and passersby on the sidewalk. The guy who removed the nest said he had never seen hornets make a nest in a place where there was traffic. He had removed many nests of hornets before, so was well prepare and took care of the nest quickly and without injury to any by standers. Good work at a competitive price - and within hours of my call. Thank you!

I called Matthew in an emergency on a Saturday night because we couldn't reach the pest control company who set the trap. He came out immediately and freed the baby squirrel. He cares deeply for the animals and I highly recommend his humane treatment of them.

Over the 4th of July holiday weekend we were surprised to notice a hornet’s nest larger than a basketball hanging in a large bush in our yard. It was obviously active and its proximity to our grill and patio made it a potential danger to our family. My wife is an animal lover and wanted to see if there was any humane way to handle the issue. We checked Angie’s List and came upon Matthew Field at All Wildlife Control. Matthew’s philosophy of mediating conflicts between humans and animals fit well with our desire for a no/low-kill solution to the problem. He came out to the house the next business day and after assessing the situation presented us with his plan. Rather than killing all the hornets he made an effort to remove and relocate the nest despite the obvious risk of transporting the nest to another location. The first extraction went well but the orphaned hornets found their fugitive queen and began to cobble together a new nest within 24 hours. He came back and pulled this nest intact off the tree only to have the queen escape for a 3rd attempt at preserving her colony. Knowing that we were out of options we asked him back to the house for a third time to pull the beginnings of the 3rd nest out of the tree and end the madness. Obviously the problem could have been solved with one visit but Matthew was willing to try something different by going above and beyond his normal procedures. His price was fair and he provided us with plenty of notice as he arranged the visits to the house.
