Matthew came out the next day after my call to inspect the hot tub and also to check our attic. He reported that the attic and our home were fine and unlikedly to develop rodent problems. He also had a solution for the rat nesting under the hot tub. Matthew provided a detailed, written contract and was very responsive to phone calls and emails. Matthew sent Andrew Hopper to perform the work. Andrew arrived on time and did a great job on cleaning out under the tub and cutting, painting, and placing flashing around the bottom of the tub. The flashing looks good and does not detract from the appearance of our round, wooden hot tub. Andrew came back to remove a rat and reset the traps to be sure that we catch them all. I highly recommend All Wildlife Control, Matthew Field, and Andrew Hopper.

Truly outstanding service! Matthew Field is the real deal - he loves what he does, and he is very effective. We recently had raccoon(s) set up shop under our deck, and we wanted to get rid of them. I called a few companies on Angie's List for a quote and to ask questions, and I could tell right away that Matthew was by far the best choice. He was responsive, he was professional, he listened to our concerns (we didn't want to harm our cat who had escaped), and educated me on what we could expect, and how he could help us. He came out within 24 hours, set up some traps, and we caught three raccoons within the first two nights. He is a responsible trapper - his traps don't harm the animals, and he monitors his traps every 24 hours. We call him each morning to let him know what we caught, and he comes by to take care of things. He says he releases the raccoons to a wildlife area outside the city - I take him at his word because I have no intention of confirming that, I'm just happy to have them out of my yard. (As an added benefit, we also trapped our cat, who was unharmed and is happy to be back inside.) In sum, it has been an excellent experience from beginning to end. Not only are we pleased with the results, but Matthew has also been a pleasure to work with - he has a great personality and a great sense of humor. I HIGHLY recommend him.

Two days ago a bird smashed into one of our sunroom windows, dropped to the ground, and unfortunately died. This wasn't a tiny bird (as far as I was concerned), seems like it was 10-11" in length. I didn't want to go near it, so I decided to call All Wildlife Control to get it for me. Matthew promptly returned my phone call, quoted a very reasonable price, and lucky for me he was able to come out the same day. He came out, identified it as a "Flicker", picked it up, and my problem was solved. Matthew told me that the least favorite part of his job is having to get a dead animal, which I thought was pretty cool; he is truly an animal lover and would rather rescue a living animal. I highly recommend Matthew and All Wildlife Control.

He did not want to charge us for such a small job and since no rat was found or caught outside. We agreed to wait until it got colder to see if the traps caught anything.

We had an outstanding experience with All Wildlife Control. Matthew Field came to our house and confirmed that we had flying squirrels in our attic. He prepared and sent an estimate for work to be performed to remove the squirrels and prevent their re-entry into the attic. Within days of my signing the contract, we were able to set up a time for the work to be performed. He and his team of workers came to our house and did a very professional job sealing gable vents, soffit corners, piping, the roofline gap between the house and the roof in the attic, and other areas identified by Matthew as possible points of entry for squirrels and other animals. Even though this was a very large job, the workers finished the job in a little over half a day. They even cleaned out all of our gutters and placed new wire mesh guards on the gutters. After the exterior portion of the job was complete, Matthew set traps in the attic to catch any remaining animals, and he also followed up with a deodorizing treatment. At every step he asked whether we were satisfied, and he made every attempt to address any issues we brought up. He also explained everything that they were doing at every step, including answering any questions we had. Follow up has been very good, and in the month and a half since the work was performed, we have had absolutely no animals in our attic. We anticipate that we will have no problems through the winter, but we know that if we do, Matthew and his team will address any issues we might have. The company has provided a limited Lifetime Warranty, which no other company we talked to would do. The company's estimate was not the lowest that we received, although it was close to the lowest, and the amount of additional work the company performed made the few extra dollars well worth it. And, the estimate was several hundred dollars lower than some estimates we received. We highly recommend All Wildlife Animal Control to anyone, and we will use them in the future if we have need of any of their services.

Excellently. When I called he agreed to fit me in between other appts and showed up the same day. His team worked quickly and efficiently and offered a lot of advice on how to avoid the problems we were having. Matt was personable and pleasant and very easy to deal with. I would definitely use them again.

Matthew and his crew did a great job, from a detailed site survey to quoting the job, doing the work, and following up. Felt like he really cared about solving our problem rather than just treating this as another job to finish and hurry to the next one. His approach was more comprehensive than some of the other companies, and he really has a great understanding of animal exclusion and what it takes to do the job right. His crew did a great job, professional looking and very detailed. Matthew personally reviewed the job afterwards and made sure any minor corrections were made and wouldn't leave until we were both satisfied (he is very detailed and picky!) He was also the lowest price, so overall I'm a very happy customer, no regrets, and happy to have the peace of mind of a rodent-free home.

Matt was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and friendly. I would not hesitate to recommend him to friends or family. I don't know how his pricing compares to other wildlife control people because I was comfortable with him and didn't bother to get further prices. The work was done in a neat workmanlike manner and they were always careful with my house and bringing the ladder in and out. If I did it all over again I would hire All Wildlife Control. Matt also reattached a gutter that was falling off the back of my house even though he didn't have to. It was a bit of a job too, so that was really nice to get done for free.

I was more than pleased with Matthew Field?s knowledge, professionalism, and?most importantly?results. He came over the same day I called and made a thorough evaluation of how roof rats were getting in my house. He explained in clear terms how he was going to close up the holes the rats were using to get in the house and then trap the rats left inside. The All Wildlife Control Crew then climbed on tall ladders and installed flashing and galvanized steel gutter guards. Matthew set traps in the attic to trap any rats left inside, and he actually came back to check the traps himself and dispose of the dead animals. Compared to what some of my neighbors paid other pest control companies for work that never seemed to get rid of the rats, I know I got a good price. And with the rats gone once and for all, I got some much needed peace of mind.

This company did an excellent job. They did what they said they would do. They set traps to capture the squirrels and attic mice that were up there. After they had cleared the attic out of the creatures, they checked the house from top to bottom and filled in all openings so that no creature could return. They had to come back through out the session to check the traps set and after they cleared out all creatures, they came back and checked to see if no animals had returned.
