About us

Certified Green -- thorough carpet cleaning means no sticky residue left behind or reappearing spots. Safe for children and pets -- we specialize in pet urine removal. We will look with a black light to find any areas that need urine treatment. Credit cards, checks accepted. We are trained in water damage and upholstery and rug cleaning, drapery and carpets. We clean tile and grout, and stone floors, counters, showers, etc.Our employees are trained and background checked, and we are fully insured. As an independent woman business owner, I strive to give more than I get, and bless each customer in some way. We want ato give you our World Famous Dust Cloth and we hope to brighten your day. Sometimes we are literally coming to the rescue, when a water heater has broken and water is threatening your belongings, when an animal has been sick or a person has had an accident. When you are moving in and out, it's crucial that the timing be just right -- you can't wait all day for carpet cleaners to show up. We give a two hour window and communicate with you to pinpoint when we will arrive so that you can count on us, and stay in contact with you to meet your time constraints. They were very accomodating and customer service focused.
Description of Work: Our basement leaked and soaked the carpet and pad, so it was pulled up. They arrived quickly, (which is so important when dealing with water damage issues). After taking initial readings, they set up dehumidifiers and lots of fans. They called and/or came back every day to check on the process.

We had a major flood in the basement, over 60 gallons of water was on our carpeted floor. All-Star Chem Dry came immediately, estimated on the spot & were prepared and began same trip. It took them about an hour to set up. One guy was vacuuming our furniture immediately. Then one of the guys rode this giant vacuum over every inch or carpet. Then he set up over 5 fans and a huge dehydrator. It was really dry by next day but they left us the equipment a day longer. In less than 2 days the basement was drier than we had ever felt. 60 Gallons of water! The carpet, walls AND furniture was dry & back in place. I would recommend them only.
Description of Work: We had over 60 gallons of water on our carpeted floor. All-Star Chem Dry got it out of the house in less than 2 days & us back to normal.

We try to call 30 minutes before the technician arrives so you know how he is doing on time. We do try to get there during your window and keep you informed. Hope all is well!

They were reasonably priced. It was a Berber cleaning tool they used and I did not feel it got the carpets as clean.
Description of Work: They were very nice. I did not feel like the carpet got as clean. He put things under the furniture while it was drying and he was very nice.

John and Andy arrived early to my home. They walked around with me to discuss any problem areas. We discussed the three areas that needed to be stretched. After a walk around the house, John spent some time to go over what to expect for the day. Andy got right to work setting up the tools needed. He did an amazing job on the three spots that the carpet needed to be stretched. You cannot even tell where the spots where (and they were very bad!). I was extremely pleased. I have a lot of carpet upstairs and they took a great deal of time. I had used another company before and they were done in less than an hour. John and Andy worked for almost 3 hours. I had a lot of spots and they all came out! I was extremely pleased. I also have lots of stairs and they took their time on each step. I will gladly use this company each year to do my carpets!
Description of Work: John and Andy cleaned the carpets of the bedrooms, stairs, walk-in closets, loft area, and living room. In addition, Andy stretched the carpet in three different areas that were badly buckled.
