AdvantaClean with Mr. Davis' team has truly been a Blessing to our nonprofit organization! It has been quite a financial journey for us and we finally found a home base for our services. At evaluation, Mr. Davis let us know that we had mold (white) as we have been renovating the building in order to re-launch. This was sad news on top of everything else from flooding and other issues we have been constantly dealing with but AdvantaClean stepped in and took care of us better than any other company or contractor. Very quick and excellent service

Where do I begin? My husband and I were originally quoted $6,500 for our duct cleaning and told we needed to replace our whole duct system by a company that was rated 5 stars in those county approved contractor books that come in the mail. Davis Watkins (owner of AdvantaClean Kennesaw) had conducted a thorough and honest mold remediation on our home before we purchased it. Instantly we called Davis and he came out right away to inspect our duct work. To our surprise, we did not need a whole new duct system. Davis and his team of Steven and David spent 14 hours at our home cleaning our duct system and making sure that our family were going to be living in a clean and solid home. They were honest, always courteous and kind. I could not have asked for a more pleasant experience. My husband and I got more than we bargained for and we are overjoyed. And as an added bonus, we got the chance to meet and get to know Steven and David and they were so amazingly joyful and pleasant to be around. A deep heartfelt thank you to Davis and to his AdvantaClean Kennesaw team for taking such great care of us. This is an experience that homeowners only dream of and for us, it was our reality. I initially hired a company to do this work for what I thought would be cheaper. Well the work was cheap, but the price was not. After losing a possible buyer because of the poor workmanship, I contacted Advantaclean. Davis of Advantaclean came out to inspect the problem area. He was nice and courteous. He took off his shoes upon entering the home and even offered me a Tyvec suit for when we went to see the area (Although, the area was tall enough not to need it). He explained to me what the job would entail and answered all of my questions. Davis' crew came two days later and spent the whole day cleaning. They made the floor joist in the crawlspace of a 20 yo house look brand new... no exaggeration. They also cleaned up behind themselves, which included vacuuming the floor and wiping the stair handrails. Davis emailed me two days after that to schedule a pickup of his air scrubber that the company had left behind. He was easy to schedule with and his crew was quick when getting the machine out of the house. In the end, I paid $20 less to Advantaclean, than I did the original contractor, for a job that was ten times better. I should have went with Advantaclean from the start.

We were referred to Davis Watkins via our realtor/friend, but we were so happy with him I felt the need to post a review on Angie's List! Davis was fantastic. He was very responsive to us in our communications by e-mail, courteous, and professional. We are building a home and were running into a small mold issue due to high humidity and no power. He met with us and our builder on short notice at our home site. He gave a thorough inspection of our areas of concern, clearly addressed each concern without fear mongering, and quoted us a fair and reasonable price. What I really appreciated most was his education on mold and mold prevention. We learned several great tips from him that I've already passed along to friends. My understanding is that mold inspectors are not regulated within the state of GA, so the quality of inspections, repairs, and prices can run the gamut. To quote my builder, "You got a good one."

Thought I might have a mold problem due to a slow leak from a ice maker. Davis came in and inspected my entire house at no charge. It turned out I had no major mold problems and could take care of it myself. He educated me on how to avoid mold in the future and how to clean out what I had.

I love them. So many agents in my office and I all use them. We've used them twice now. They are really professional, really quick at response and their prices were phenomenal too. They usually come in lower, so I would recommend them. They don't try to talk things on. It's about making sure that is happy and the house is clean and doing things really quickly and professionally.

It went great. Davis came the day after I contacted him. He knew immediately what the problem was and had his team take care of it the next day. He ran a machine in the bathroom for 24 hours and was done! He was very nice and professional.

The work was done on a 50 year old rental house that had lots of issues. AdvantaClean's first visit to work in the crawl space was cut short by the discovery of years of debris in their way PLUS the discovery of leaking pipes from the bathroom area. They went well above and beyond the scope of their work by removing several loads of debris and did it without adding anything to the original estimate. We rescheduled after the plumber fixed the leaking pipes and they arrived on time and finished the job to my full satisfaction. If you have a spooky nasty crawl space that needs to be checked for mold and fitted with a vapor barrier, AdvantaClean is the team to call for a great job....they do the whole job and more......and once they are done, you will be free of mold and no longer dread going into the crawl space.

They were on time and very professional. There was no wasted motion or time as they got right to work. With the size of my 2 systems and all the ducts and returns I had in my house I felt they completed the job in a timely manner. I would use them again and I would recommend them to friends or anyone I knew needing duct cleaning.

He is very knowledgeable about mold issues and also very mindful of finding an effective solution with the least financial impact, according to your situation. I recently purchased a home in historic Acworth. Since moving in my girlfriend was sneezing constantly. I figured it was the vents and this did solve her sneezing issue immediately after the job was concluded. I was given a recommendation by my plumber who I also found on Angies list and quot;Daycoand quot; and they referred me to Davis of AdvantaClean in Kennesaw. Not only did the crew of two guys show up for the scheduled time of the appointment, but the owner Davis did too. This impressed me. Davis explained the process and during the work his crew further explained everything they were doing. They even found a piece of jewelry in one of the vents they were cleaning. After the job was done Davis showed back up to to complete the paperwork, explaining how long it was needed before another vent cleaning should be done, which is 10 - 12 years for my situation based an EPA standards, and even offered tips that I could use to extend this for yearly maintenance of the vents. Davis and and his crew are top notch, professional and a real pleasure from beginning to end of the job. I have already recommended them to family for this service. I feel I received an excellent value for my money, from an excellent company that was pleasure to have in my home. This company is another perfect example of why I use Angies List for all my contractor needs.

I had a good experience beginning with the estimate. They are very knowledgeable and professional with what they do. I had confidence from the beginning. My impression was they knew what they were doing and cared about the customer getting the best for the money spent. They did not try to oversell their service. They steered me toward only the parts of the service I needed. Everyone was very prompt and the day of the service went exactly as described when I signed up. The guys who performed the cleaning were very nice and dependable. After doing the cleaning they showed me exactly what had been extracted from my duct work and dryer vent. They left everything clean in my home. I highly recommend this company and would definitely use them again.
