Description of Work: I called and made an appointment with them and they agreed to meet me but no one showed. I love wasting my time. I tried again via their website. Again not answer. Maybe they are having a bad month but I'm finding a different vendor.

Description of Work: Called for stump removal service. Very friendly woman advised that their stump grinder was temporarily out of service for repair. Since my needs were not urgent, I was okay with that. She took my info and advised John would call me back to discuss my needs. No call-back. Nothing.

Description of Work: I had John and his crew remove two groups of tree's in my yard. John was great and his entire crew was very friendly and professional. They did a great job with cleaning up and made sure that I was happy with their work. I will not hesitate to use John in the future and would recommend them to anybody.

Description of Work: They removed a tree right up next to a fence...no damage to anything at all. They used a bucket lift and trimmed a neighbor's tree off our house and trimmed some low-hanging limbs off a few oaks in the front and whittled out some of the dead wood from previous drought times. It looks great! They cleaned up beautifully...not even an ounce of saw dust left anywhere. Most professional team ever! We will definitely use them in the future!

Description of Work: I called the service and got an answering machine...left a msg but NEVER rec'd a call back, that is not good customer service in my opinion so I went ahead and contacted the next service on Angie's list and am using them
