Description of Work: I bought an extended warranty for a new washing machine I purchased at Lowes. When the washer broke, I called Lowes and the Lowes representative stated that an appliance repair service would be contacted. After a week, a repairman from A&E (an appliance repair company contracted by Lowes) came to my house, confirmed that the washer was broken, ordered a part, and stated it would take a month before they (A&E)could return and install the part. I eventually bought the part and installed it myself, nullifying my warranty. I will never buy another extended warranty at Lowes. |Regarding professionalism, most Lowes employees are nice and helpful, but a few of them have been rude.
