Jeff's Custom Homes is the premier builder in Warner Robins. This guy and his team go all the way. We would have had him build our new home after we moved if he would build outside of Houston County!

They are fine. I don’t have a problem with them. They did a pretty good work.

Jeff builds a quality home (for the most part) and puts some nice detail in them. I enjoy my home. However, while under the warranty period, I had some repairs that needed to be done....two of note. One that the pipes in my master bath would freeze and the other that the grout was cracking in the kitchen and master bathroom. Jeff had his repair guys come out and regrout and blow some insulation into the wall. Both issues happened again...and again. Instead of being accountable for not repairing the problems correctly, he said to me, "You'd better pay close attention cuz next time you're going to have to fix it yourself cuz we're not coming out here again!!!" When the problems recurred, I called him and he was giving me the brush off...until I mentioned that I'd see him in Small Claims Court. He, then, came out immediately. As of now, the grout is cracked again...along with a couple of the tiles (and they are no longer manufactured!). As for the pipe freezing in the master, he fixed that when they, finally, put the insulation on the outside of the pipe in the wall!

I have seen the houses built by him and asked people about his work. They have built my home and we have been living in the same for the past month. This house comes with granite counters, the yard sorted, comes with a sprinkler system, paints the whole inside of the house, allows us to pick up the granites and paint colors. The house comes with blinds; basically this house is ready to move in; unlike others where we have to pay extra, for all this. I will use them again in the future.
