The service provide answered the call and scheduled a visit on the first contact. He was prompt and professional. He gave a full explanation of what he was going to do and how it was going to be done. The burned part of the carpet was replaced and it was flawless. You could not tell where the patch was made. Very impressed with the level of service and the quality of the repair job.

Mario arrived on time and was ready to work immediately. He spot cleaned my carpet and made sure that he placed plastic under the furniture that could not be moved. He took extreme care in handling my belongings and he placed everything back in each room. The solution he used did not leave any type of oder in the air and my carpet looked like it was new. There were some areas where he couldn't completely remove the stain but he informed me before he started the cleaning that he may run into this issue. Mario is professional, punctual and efficient. He takes pride in what he does and it shows. I would and will use him again.

He gave me a 10% senior discount. He did an excellent cleaning, but it didn't look like he vacuumed all of the carpeting first. He was really good!

He was very knowledgeable about the type of carpet that I had and how to and how not to clean it if a spill were to occur.
