Everything went great. Pool is beautiful. Price was great. Michelle was extremely helpful. Edward is always wanting to do whatever it takes to make you happy. They seem to want to establish relationships rather than just sell you a pool. Really nice guys. They went out of their way to keep a tree I didn't want cut, getting creative with it and bending it back so that the truck could squeeze the pool shell past it. They were careful not to just come in and destroy everything. Really appreciate that :)

A big project like having an in-ground pool installed can be very scary and stressful experience, so we did our research prior to hiring a pool company for purchase and installing our new in ground fiberglass pool. Tallman Pools had the best reviews and was highly recommended to us by those familiar with this company. We were treated with respect and professionalism from the very beginning of our experience. The sells representative, Anne presented their product well and provided us with many ideas to save money and at the same time provide us with what we wanted in our new pool. Tallman’s installment coordinator, Michele assisted us with obtaining a work permit with our county to start up the installation process. She was always ready available and very courteous. The on-site pool installers were all very polite, professional, and did amazingly excellent work with the excavation, grading, and installation. I was present during the entire installation and the owner, Ed Tallman and his son, Edward were always available for questions and instructions pertaining to the installation and operational functions once the pool was filled with water. Our new fiberglass pool is just beautiful. Not only were the owners of this company readably available during the process but the installers on site were always available and enthusiastic to assist me with my concerns and questions. Tallman personnel have also been available for assistance and information long after the completion of our pool. Michele and Edward assisted us with obtaining the final county work permit inspection and did their best to ascertain all electrical installments were up to state codes. Tallman’s reputation of their excellent continued customer support is “true to the t” !! Not only is their product the finest in the industry but their people are to the highest standard. The Tallman crew was very knowledgeable and great to work with. They corrected all the problems left by the previous contractor . They filled the hollow spots under the pool, washed in the fine gravel properly around the pool and actually managed to level it perfectly (Previous contractor had it several inches high on one side). We couldn't be happier with the professional assistance we received from Tallman to help correct the problems left by a shady contractor. Ed Tallman walked us through the entire process of what needed to be done ahead of time and things went very smoothly once his crew arrived. Just wished we would have used Tallman the first time around! Thanks again to the entire Tallman crew for a job well done.

My first experience with Tallman Pools, and owner Ed Tallman, was in 2007 when I had a large fiberglass pool installed in my back yard. I had no experience with pools prior to this, but Ed and his associates educated me and made the process very simple. I found this to be the most economical option as I compared vinyl pools, fiberglass pools, and gunnite pools. I knew the vinyl liner would be a money pit after I heard even ants can bite holes in the liner, wow. And I'd heard that gunnite has to be re-done about every 10 years. Fiberglass though had a 50 year warranty and is installed in a day. Looks great too! Every aspect of the process was easy. Ed always double-checked every step of the process to make sure I was happy and that the results would be great. I found Ed to be extremely honest and just a nice down-to-earth guy. My pool looked great, and still does today, about six years later! It was a very cost-effective option. I only recently joined Angies List and wanted to make sure they were recognized for their professionalism, honesty, and integrity. Over the last few years I've recommended Tallman Pools to three other friends who now have a Tallman Pool installed. They have all been extremely happy with the product and service. The most recent friend just had his installed this month. His situation was much more involved because it included removing an old swimming pool. I won't get into all of the details but I did see Ed complete this job either at no profit, or perhaps even a loss, just to help the guy out. Don't get any ideas, these guys need to make a profit to stay in business! But when push came to shove, he chose helping a customer over either bailing out or hiking the price. These guys are absolutely a top notch outfit. They obviously abide by the golden rule. I'm not paid in any way to say these things. I know it probably sounds like I am! That's just how good they are.
