Made two appointments and they never showed up or called to cancel.

Don't expect two men in a pickup truck. A full five man crew with five pieces of heavy equipment showed up. In one hour they were fully done including cleanup. No one stood around looking except me and my wife. I used to trim trees with a crew years ago when working my way through college. These folks are full time professional, not weekend warriors! My wife and I are impressed. We would use them again in a heartbeat. Fast, polite, and efficient.

I called on a Monday for an estimate and a representative came out the same day and provided a quote. The job was originally scheduled for Tues, but had to be rescheduled for the following day due to weather. I liked the fact that they called first thing in the morning on Tues, and let me know that weather was an issue and rescheduled me quickly. They came first thing in the AM the next day (Wed) . Arrived on time - in fact they were a few minutes early. We verified the estimate and reviewed what needed to be done before they started. I felt as though they kept me in the loop and did the job quickly and most importantly - professionally. Called on Monday and had the tree stumps ground down by 10:00am Wed. Two days after my service I received a thank you card/magnet from the company.I would definitely use Pro Tree, Inc again and I would recommend them to others.

A storm brought 2 large trees down on our home. Unfortunately this occurred the weekend after the July 4th holiday when many companies were short-staffed and very busy due to the frequency of storms in the area. We contacted Pro Tree Service and a representative answered the phone immediately. Within the hour he was at our home to evaluate the situation, provide an estimate for removal services, and make arrangements for a crew to complete the work that afternoon.As promised a crew arrived that afternoon with an impressive fleet of equipment and personnel to handle the tree removal and cleanup quickly and efficiently. Completing the job in a timely manner allowed time for a repair company to tarp the damaged roof that day before more evening storms were expected.The Pro Tree Service representative contacted us to ensure the crew had arrived; and afterwards as followup to make sure the work was completed to our satisfaction. Although the circumstances were unfortunate it was comforting to know the work was completed quickly by a professional and courteous crew.

.Had three large dead and dying maple trees in my yard. Because of the layout of my yard they were unable to get some of their big equipment in so the job involved more labor than normal but the guys showed up on time and did an excellent job even in the heat. They cleaned up all the debris and left the yard in great shape. They answered all my questions and were very professional and hard working. I will definitely use them again in the future.

Came out to give an estimate on Monday morning, showed up on time, estimate was given and work was awarded. They were out later that afternoon and took out tree and limbs. Cleaned up all the mess. Very pleased with the work. They were fast, professional and cleaned up the mess.

They exceeded my expectations by far. On Wednesday a representative came out to give me an estimate along with information on services that can be performed. I agreed to have 8 trees removed along with their stumps for $2000. The next day 8 workers came out with all the big equipment necessary to remove the trees and clean up. All of the workers were professional and took great care to ensure that no trinkets in the yard were damaged. It took them about 3 or 4 hours to complete the work and they left the property in prestine condition. I highly reccomend this company. I have had service done by other companies and individuals who work out of the back of their trucks and have been very dissapointed. Give them a try, you wont be dissapointed.

We used them and we were very pleased. I would tell others to use them because they know their stuff and they know how to do it safely. Their pricing was about the same as other quotes that we got. They also took down a diseased pine tree years ago for us by climbing up the tree and cutting it down piece by piece because of the huge size of it. We will absolutely use them again in the future.

The first time I used them to remove a pine tree that fell over and take out a couple of other things. I was quite happy with them. They did a good job at a reasonable price. The last time the price was pretty good but they took way too much off a couple of trees. I wasn't happy with them and I won't use them again. The price was probably in the right area but I wasn't happy with the way they trimmed the trees. Their responsiveness was good.

It went very well. They are very professional and have all the right equipment. They do a great job. They always get to you within 24-48 hours of your request.

I actually needed some additional trees done and they came in at an extremely low price. They were great. I will use them again.

They did an excellent job. I’ve used them twice. Their overall customer service and the quality of their work really stands out. I don’t remember how much I spent on their services. They were reasonable in terms of price. It was good. They were excellent on everything else. I will absolutely use their services again in the future.

They knew I had a landscape project coming up so they worked to get me in even though they were really busy so I could move forward with my other project. They were the only ones who could come out to meet my schedule. I had other firms out in the past to remove trees and this company's price was very affordable and they gave me different options on how to remove the wood including stump grinding. I will use them again in the future.

I really liked them. It was unbelievable how they did it, it was a little damaged but no big deal. They swung it around. They got it over in our yard and they did everything we asked and cleaned up well. The price they said was the price that it was. They said they could do it and they did it. They climbed 2 adjacent trees and spider webbed it. They used everything at their disposal, they told us upfront what trees they'd have to cut down. Everything they told us was so. They will be my tree guys forever.

Overall, it was a great, professional experience.

I have used him several times. He has been very reliable and very professional. I would tell others he is competitively priced. He did a really good job all around.

They did a fabulous job. I thought that the price they gave me was excellent and the estimator was able to get his guys to come out and do the work on the same day. He gave me the option of having the trees hauled away or leaving them on my property because it would be more cost effective. I have four acres and the tree would be covered with leaves and things in no time so it was nice to have a choice. He walked around the house and identified what limbs could be threatening the house. His guys were really efficient. One of the workers asked me about taking down another branch for aesthetics so he ended up doing more work than was quoted for the benefit of my curb appeal. They cleaned up extremely well and they left the grounds in excellent condition. They didn?t tear up the driveway or the grass in the process. I thought they did a great job for the price.

They were super friendly. I just never went anywhere from there. They seemed knowledgeable, too. I was pretty pleased with the interaction that I had.

They did three trees for me. They did a good job and showed up on time. They were competitive price wise.

They have worked in my yard a couple of times, but this last one they had to do many things, and that's why the price was higher. I like them because they do a good job, and clean after themselves when they are done. I recommend them for any tree service you need.

We could never even tell they were there doing work because of how well they cleaned up the yard when they were done. They were very cheap and did great since the trees were right over the house. They didn't do any damage. We are very happy with the work and they even hauled all of the trees away for us. We didn't have to worry about anything.
