Description of Work: We have been using Mr.Sarratt's services for about 5 years now. He installed a new heating and air conditioning for us 3 years ago. He now comes twice a year for routine inspection and maintenance. We have had need of emergency service once I believe and he responded promptly to our needs. He is friendly, professional and dependable. We have been quite delighted with the quality of his work.

+ -1 moreSarratt was on time, calling ahead of time to let me know when he'd be onsite. Sarratt ran the HVAC throught it's paces, verifying both the gas furnace and heat pump work properly. Cleaned the area by the outdoor unit to ensure proper ventilation. My filter was still clean, so he left a new one in a closed bag right by the furnace for future use. Very professional throughout the visit.
Description of Work: Sarratt HVAC came to perform routine service as part of our yearly maintenance contract.

+ -1 moreThey are always prompt, very professional, and provide great service. If for some reason they can't make it, they will call. They have their license number on their invoice, which is required by Georgia law, but not all companies do that. It can be checked, which is nice. They'll take before and after pictures of what they're doing to show you if you can't get to the area of the work.
Description of Work: He inspected the cooling system of my air conditioner. He also inspected the contacts and he noted that the a/c was running normal pressure, but the thermostat was off. He replaced the thermostat. He also made various recommendations to keep the unit running properly.
