Description of Work: My relationship with Extreme Computer Repair is new (I've had the beginning session with Ajay and the next one is scheduled for 4/15) and so far he has been great, with helping and understanding what I'm trying to say (I'm not the best at 'computer language') and has picked up his phone on the first ring when I call.

He was very helpful & patient with us & explained to us so we could easily understand as we went along as we am not computer whizes. Compared Crisis PC's charges with another local computer repair business and we determined Crisis PC is a little less, He could have charged us more for a few extra things we asked him to do, but he didn't. My husband & I will definitely call upon him again to help us with any computer problems in the future. If I remember correctly they were able to come out same day we called or the very next day. We were impressed with the technician & his respectfulness and kindness and knowledge & how he was able to help those of us who are not experts understand what he was teaching & sharing with us.
Description of Work: We had just purchased a new laptop & a new tablet & needed a lot of help setting up both & understanding how to work each one. Came to our home to help us with all the things we needed done.
