Dave was extremely thorough. was also very flexible and answered all my questions. He is not one of those guys trying to do several inspections in one day so he really spends the time. his reports contain a lot of pictures and comments to help you make a good decision. I would definitely recommend Dave.

DSM is excellent. The service was a great value. He is very thorough and will also tell you exactly how it is. He pointed out many things that could have potentially posed a problem down the road. He also was not too proud to recommend an engineer's advice as the house had a warped basement wall. After hiring an engineer we found out the foundation could cave in at any moment and naturally backed out of the purchase. I feel some other inspectors would have rushed to a decision about the basement though it's above their level of expertise (even though DSM used to be a builder). Without his recommendation we may have been set up to fail (we loved the house and just wanted it to be ok). I liked DSM's service so much that he will be doing another inspection for us on another house tomorrow.

Very Professional and Knowledgeable. Showed up early and walked through property and gave detailed report, and then later I was able to walk through the property and gain knowledge about some defects I was mostly concerned about.
