Description of Work: Airco replaced both a/c units outside and both furnaces inside . They dismantled the old units and furnaces and hauled them off . They wired and tested the new units and explained the new thermostats and basic maintenance ( filters ) . They answered any and all questions we had , cleaned up and left . They did an excellent job .

Description of Work: My Themostat had to be replace and I also signed up for maintenance service twice a year.

Description of Work: Replaced compressor, evaporator, one duct and added one return. New unit is much quieter and provides better airflow. Worked with us to get this in ASAP following the discovery of major leak in old unit.

Description of Work: They came here and worked on my air conditioner and also checked on my heating unit to make sure everything worked the way it should when we moved in. Since then they have come back for other jobs as well.

Description of Work: They installed a new heating and air system, replacing a 16-year-old one. Theirs was the middle price of three estimates, with what I think was the best compromise of a solution for an air delivery/ temperature handling problem at the far end of my house. The insufficient temperature situation still seems to exist, however. All estimators agreed that the builder installed the supply vents incorrectly (near the inside wall side of the room), but all did not want to relocate them to the correct side (near the outside wall), due to what they said is a small space. (The best solution, I thought, was by a fourth company that never got back with an estimate, as promised, after spending almost an hour and a half with me discussing it.) As for Airco, the head installer and his assistant arrived on time; someone else joined them later in the day. They worked constantly (I still don't know when/if they ate lunch), were very nice, answered all of my questions, and cleaned up everything afterwards. They came back another day at my request to the salesperson to explain how to open the new-style air cleaner. Later I noticed an air leak from where the ductwork was attached to the section above the furnace. Another servicer came back and coated those seams with the gray paste that was on other seams and had been splattered onto the white air cleaner door by the earlier crew. I discovered that calling my salesperson/estimator wasn't always the person to call for followups. When I contacted him several days later for the second followup after he didn't reply as promised, he said he hadn't done anything yet. I then decided to call the office and report the problem directly, and they scheduled someone right away. The office also was nice enough to register me for the warranty on the brand I purchased -- a time-sensitive action that I'd done already online and hadn't expected them to do until they called and asked me if I'd already done so.

Description of Work: They come out quarterly as part of our warranty program and they change out the filter for us. It gets changed every 6 months since we have an upgraded filter. The price above is for the year. We have been using them for 6 years.

Description of Work: I used this company for about 5-10 years in my previous home. They did routine maintenance and replaced the unit when I needed it. Then they were out of business for several years. I believe this was due to the illness of the owner. They are back in business and I called them to give me an estimate on a new unit for my new home. Will post again to report that experience. I am hopeful that this company is as good as it was previously.

Description of Work: We had a maintenance contract for twice yearly inspections of two heating and air conditioning units in two buildings, costing $120.00.

Description of Work: Checked system, did a full air conditioning and furnace check, repaired air conditioner broken control wire, cleaned clogged air conditioner condenser, added two gallons of freeon, cleaned air conditioning unit and furnace, replaced filter. Made suggestions for system improvements for greater fuel/economic efficiency.

Description of Work: Airco provides maintenance service for the two standard size units in my 2,700 square foot home. The last time they were around they changed the filters under yearly contract. We pay twice a year.
