They cleaned the agreed upon areas but I was not impressed with the overall experience. The persons did not speak English well which made it difficult to explain what I was not happy about. Items moved from dressers and counters were not placed back in their original location.

They alerted me in a timely manner that they did not service my area. They were courteous and professional.

They did a good job and used only green products in my home. The cleaning got really expensive so I had to stop, but overall I was happy with their services when I did use them.

There were 2 service professionals who arrived on time but they were very slow in their work. They took way more time to clean the 2 bath rooms and hardwood floors and told me that the allotted time was up by then. The overall service performed was very fair and I believe that I paid way too much for the service I received.

Had difficulty scheduling company visit to home. Cleaning appointment was changed a couple of times before cleaners arrived. I had a lot of clutter so limited required work to exclude both bedrooms, one bathroom. Two cleaners showed up and I wasn't paying attention to arrival time so when one cleaner returned from calling her boss (again) said they may not be able to finish unless they stayed longer (@ $35/hour for each) I told them to just get done what they could within the time available. Dusting was spotty, baseboards were not cleaned. Think that next time I will use a cleaner who a neighbor regularly uses.

The ladies were very professional. I had purchased a Groupon for this housecleaning. I only wish the Groupon would have included the WHOLE house, but that is what I paid for. I was pleased with the results. The only reason that I would consider another company is that I am not 100% sold on the need for "Green" cleaning products, which can this service can be a little for expensive for.

They didn't clean my kitchen. When I called them to complain, they claimed to only clean 4 rooms. They shouldn't keep changing the rules. The agreement was they were supposed to call me and tell me how much more each room was going to cost to do the rest of the upstairs, but they didn't call or leave me an estimate. They didn't call as agreed, nor would they return my calls about my kitchen. The only estimate they gave me was $30 per maid per hour, which is not an estimate. They claimed to do the stairs instead of the kitchen.

Just so-so. I scheduled them for 5/24. Paid at time of purchase, when they arrived they tried to charge $100 . Charged $15.00 travel charge. Did not see that any where in their offer . My husband worked from home for the day while they were here and checked things over after done. Showed up as scheduled. Master bath - did pretty good on shower but left area where shower doors overlap. Stairs down to first floor did not wipe off risers. Did not clean top of refrigerator, husband had to point out to them. Did not clean front storm door in entry, hardwoods in kitchen had dirt on floor when I got home at 5:00 that evening as did the stairs to the main level. Overall grade would be C+.

I WAS AMAZED, SO CLEAN. They even cleaned the oven, it looked like NEW.

We had eco-maids deep clean our home in Aug'11 (8 months prior to this review). This was the first professional cleaning that we had for our home - however, there are just 2 adults in the house - no pets - and we do a thorough 3-4 hr cleaning every weekend. I am not saying its sparkling, but its pretty decent. Was pregnant at the time, so needed help with this chore. Here is the list of good and bad: Before starting, I pointed out the specifics of where we wanted them to focus. Good - Effective communication. Used a coupon from angies and paid additional charges for rooms not covered in coupon. The ladies made it in time - Awesome products - did not leave any smell whatsoever! - One of the ladies cleaned the top of our kitchen vent hood (which had not been cleaned since installation a couple of years ago). She cleaned it thoroughly with no scratches - impressive! Bad - Time management: Spent 2.5-3 out of 5.5 hrs cleaning master bed and bath - scrubbing picture frames!! Talk about priorities. We have a 4 bd/3.5bt house. Paid for cleaning the entire house. They spent only about 2-2.5 hrs for all other rooms. - After spending 2.5-3 hrs in the master bd/bath, left the back of the vanity lights dirty - the front is clean and the back is untouched!! - After spending 2.5-3 hrs in the master bd/bath, the shower tile grout still had grime. I was not expecting a sparkling bath - however, this is something that does not take much effort to clean - a simple light scrub with a brush. The lady argued that it woudl not come off. So I showed her exactly how easily it would - then she cleaned it (somewhat). - After vacuuming the floors, there was conspicuous dirt still left on the floor upstairs and downstairs. This goes back to the issue of time management. If they had allocated sufficient time for all rooms, then they may have done a better job with the vacuuming. - Cobwebs not cleaned - and this is in areas that are easily accessible. I made the issues known to Jackie who in turn spoke to the ladies. She (as expected) came up with the standard line of it took longer than expected due to "the condition of the house". This is absurd, and I am not saying this just because its my house - but because, as mentioned before, there are only two, full time working adults - no kids, no pets, so the normal "condition" of the house is far above average. Also, even though we paid for cleaning the entire house, neither of the cleaning ladies mentioned upfront that they would not be able to complete what we paid for in time. After some discussion, they agreed to spend 30 more minutes and gave us a $20 credit. I am disappointed because it is hard to find cleaning services that use non-toxic products. I love their products, but not their service. And if I they had done a better job, they would have had a regular paying customer - yep, keeping the house in shape is tough with an infant.

The ladies that came were very detailed and did a great job in cleaning my home!!

The reality is they will do a few rooms and 1 bathroom for this price. I don't know anyone who lives in a 4 rom house with 1 bathroom. The work they did was below the standard I experienced with past cleaners. They were courteous, punctual, and pleasant.

Pretty good. If you need a weekly house cleaning service, Ecomaids is a good service.

I called Ecomaids the same week I needed the cleaning performed. Initially, after a little back and forth about scheduling and application of the coupon on-line, Pat was tenacious to earn my business by finding a way to work me in---fabulous! Then, Dawn and T. showed up exactly on time, were BEYOND lovely, accomodating, and they worked their hindsides off! It was a huge job. They never seemed to get tired and I was exhausted FOR them! They knew the price I'd been quoted but that did not deter them from staying at it until every nook and cranny was touched. I highly recommend Ecomaids, and specifically Dawn and T. I absolutely intend on continuing to use them as "my" personal housecleaners long term!

They did an ok job, just the normal cleaning, when they left, I noticed few spider webs, and dust in cornors..

I am looking forward to a long term relationship with Ecomaids.

I have had both the deep clean service and routine cleaning visits and have experienced excellent results and service every time. The ecomaids have always been on time and respectful. They have offered suggestions and work professionally in my home. They are not the least expensive cleaning service available, but they are a great value and definitely worth any additional cost considering the extra steps taken to use safer cleaning alternatives and methods. I continue to use their services and always look forward to a clean, comfortable home after one of their visits.

The two lady's that came by our house were very nice and very thoughtful - one actually found a $20-bill in my son's room when she was cleaning and gave it to me. Very nice! They worked fast and hard and I went over the entire house and found that they did a very good job. They actually cleaned my fan blades and on top of the thing that holds my blinds - which apparently was very dirty. Overall, I'd recommend them. I also like the fact that they use environmentally friendly products - my sons have bad allergies. Definitly an A from me!
