First I like Melanie. She seems to be a great person with awesome customer service skills. Both my wife and I were unhappy with how the fence looks and we are not convinced it has to be they way it looks. I thought of asking for it to be adjusted to be more level but thought it would damage the fence it it was adjusted. Her lead ? foreperson? was a lousy person who accused me of being condescending to him even after I apologized for some minor? teasing. He left and refused to work with me. Finally the workmen spoke almost no English so I had a hard time asking them getting questions and getting answers and after her employee left it was worse. I initially demanded they all leave but relented after Melanie intervened. From now on I will not hire a work person unless I can communicate with them either via an interpreter from the company or directly. I am a pro myself and if I cannot communicate with my customer/client I am not doing the work. I frequently ask if my client understands what I am doing.

From the very beginning, Melanie was prompt in answering our questions and in coming to our home to measure for our black, aluminum fence installation (with gate) on the capstone of our new backyard retaining wall. Her crew was also able to incorporate the additional installation of a deck board barrier with gate to prevent our dogs from getting under the deck while in the backyard. We are pleased and delighted with the end result! We now have a safe backyard oasis for our family and our fur babies. They installed it the same week I called to get the original quote, which was a reasonable price for a job well-done! Prompt, professional and reliable!
